Imagine relaxing on the beautiful deck enjoying a cocktail and some fresh seafood while the kids enjoy the huge beautiful heated, saltwater pool with slide (the kids will never want to get out!) A 5 minute walk to the quiet bay beach and enjoy the provided kayaks to explore the Montauk waters.

Quiet, almost zero traffic location on a cul-de-sac is perfect for families. Private and secluded but still a Five minute drive to pretty much everything and anything Montauk and a five minute walk to the bay beach water's edge. The home is bright and airy with an open floor plan.

Pool is open from early May to early October. Exact dates are determined at those times depending on weather and temperature forecasts.

-Families strongly preferred. All others are considered on a case by case basis. No groups under 30 yrs old will be considered.
-All bookings of 14 nights or more are responsible for electric use, pool heat, and weekly cleaning.
-For rentals of 13 nights and under, there is a daily fee to heat the pool.
-No Bachelorette/ Bachelor events
-No parties or events of any kind
-10 person maximum, strictly enforced.
-Pets, smoking, fireworks, sparklers, glitter, confetti and/or gender reveal type devices such as smoke bombs and powder cannons are strictly prohibited anywhere on property and evidence of any of these will result in loss of full deposit.
