We are a Seattle based family of 4 who dreamed of having waterfront property in the islands. In 2015 our dream was realized and we spent 18 months renovating, island style. Now it is fully upgraded and ready to share with your family!

This property, perched on the hillside, gives you the best of both worlds; peace and tranquility to unplug, enjoy the views and wild life, while being close to the the activities at Roche Harbor, just a 5 minute walk, and Friday Harbor, a 15 minute drive. We love all the island has to offer in kayaking, hiking, beach combing, crabbing, digging for clams, eating fresh seafood, including fresh oysters from just across the bay!
