This luxury beachfront villa boasts 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and over 2,500 square feet of living space. Enjoy watching the waves from your own private front patio, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Warm up next to our gorgeous gas fire pit and watch the sun go down over the waves. Everything about our villa is designed to make your time at the beach a wonderful memory.

To make your meals at the Seahorse amazing we have a natural gas grill on our back patio, a spacious chef's kitchen with white quartz countertops, high end Decor appliances, and plenty of beautiful dishes Our mattresses, linens and towels rival any 5 star hotel. With dramatic, modern artwork and sea photography adorning the walls, you will feel immersed in the Southern California lifestyle.

The master bedroom has an ocean view, front patio access, CA King bed, coastal inspired furniture, and available an crib. The master bathroom has marble countertops, dual sinks, large shower, separate tub, toilet, 12 drawers and a large walk in closet.

The city of Oceanside has limited occupancy to 8. Please message me if your group is over 8.
Bookings that leave 1 night open/gap from the previous booking will be canceled due to city ordinance.
Failure to check out by 10 AM will result in a withholding of $100 from your damage deposit. Close the doors when using the air conditioning/heater.

Amazing beach house for my family. I loved sitting on the patio watching and listening to the waves. You can’t get any closer to the beach. Lots of toys and boogie boards and some beach chairs. Host was great and we were able to check in a few hours early. Weather was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place!

We had a family vacation with lots of visitors from the area and this place could not have been more perfect. Very spacious, everything top notch, and the best location. Do yourself a favor and stay as long as possible at this wonderful place.

Beach Getaway

The property is located right in front of the beach, just a short walk away from the pier, restaurants and shops. Our family had a great time making smores on the front porch and just people watch. This is a lovely property, well maintained, clean, and stocked with all the amenities you'll need. Definitely our favorite vacation rental so far!

One of the best properties we have stayed at. So many extras. Beach chairs/sand toys/beach towels….things that are hard to travel with; this house has. SO SPACIOUS for oceanfront property. Two secure parking spots as well. Great place to stay!

Perfect oceanfront view. Awesome to hear the waves crashing on the rocks. Great for people watching since the place is directly on the strand. Close distance to the pier and downtown. Definitely can feel the old Cali beach vibe in Oceanside. Worth the stay.

Seahorse Is Where It's At

Perfect location on Strand Avenue steps from the beach. We spent the most time sitting on the patio taking in the scene. The house was immaculate and very spacious. Walking access to food and bars as well as the Oceanside Pier. Highly recommend!

Growing up in Southern California, it has always been a dream of mine to have a place on the beach. When we are not enjoying the Seahorse, our family of five can be found enjoying a day at Disneyland, vacationing in a tropical destination, or hitting the slopes with our skis and snowboards. As an interior designer it was a joy to decorate the Seahorse and as a mom I love having a place to make memories with my kids and husband.

Why they chose this property

There is no comparison to being right on the beach. I love watching my kids play in the sand or in the water while I enjoy sitting in the shade of the umbrella on the patio. We fell in love with Oceanside because there is so much to do and see within walking distance. We purchased the Seahorse when our kids were young and I loved that there were two parks just a short walk away.

What makes this property unique

When we stay at the Seahorse we love to walk along the pier and enjoy a meal at one of the many fabulous places to eat at within walking distance. If it is just my husband and I we always visit 333 for a nice dinner. The Amtrax train is also within walking distance which can take you many great places in San Diego.
