This home is outfitted with families of all ages in mind, allowing you to travel light since we've provided games, 2 pack n' plays, a highchair, stroller, beach toys and no one needs to bring beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas or ice chests! This is a popular home for families, friends and girlfriend groups!

This unique beach property boasts a rare 4 onsite parking spaces (2 enclosed garage spaces for average sized vehicles and 2 driveway spaces for larger vehicles).

Amenities include beautiful and comfortable furniture throughout. The family room has a giant 70 inch high-definition TV with surround sound. All 4 bedrooms have 46-inch flat screen Hi-def TV's. All three master bedrooms are complete with luxurious pillow-top king beds. Two of the three king-sized masters have full ocean views. In the third king bedroom you can enjoy your morning coffee in your own private ocean-view patio. The beach/surf themed kids' ocean view bunk room sleeps 4 and has its own attached bath. The family room has an ultra-comfortable queen sized, Tempur-Pedic couch bed. So, the home actually sleeps 12.

The three bathrooms are beautifully appointed in combinations of granite, Travertine, sea glass and marble tiles. Two of the 3 baths are ensuite.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, white subway tiles, 2 large refrigerators, Viking professional cook top, silent dishwasher and oven. You will have everything you could possibly need to whip up a great meal or drink. We even provide lobster pots! Prefer not to cook? There are several great restaurants and bars...even an ice cream shop etc. within walking distance.

On the large deck overlooking the Pacific relax and soak in the sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy 180-degree white water views to the sounds of the ocean and sip on a tropical drink under two large umbrellas or simply enjoy outdoor dining with your family and friends. Backyard entertaining is enhanced by the large stainless steel gas BBQ. Below the deck is a backyard play area with a picnic table for the kids, or just a getaway to talk privately in a tropical setting among the palms and bamboo trees below.

Four beach cruiser bicycles with helmets are available for your enjoyment during your stay. A sturdy beach wagon is available to cart items to the beach! Other amenities for your use include boogie boards, children's books and many sand toys for the kids. Here for a week or longer with a group? There are two washers and two dryers in the laundry room.
