This holiday rental penthouse is located in a well-maintained modern building straight on the Promenade des Anglais.
An elevator will take you to the 7th floor, to your holiday rental apartment. Enjoy a perfectly private setting from the top-floor penthouse. Guests will enjoy overlooking the gorgeous sparkling blue sea and the famous Promenade des Anglais below, with absolutely no vis à vis.
Sea front properties are rare on the rental market, and with the 180° panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea, guests will quickly understand what a treat they are! Living Area
Living area
This home’s open-plan living area is a contemporary space where comfort and function come together.
Modern in style, the living room features a sleek-yet-snug couch with seating for three, and a bespoke matching armchair. The large bay windows frame the sparkling waters of the Baie des Anges, creating the most beautiful landscape to gaze at, and fitting perfectly with the other art pieces hanging in this sensational abode.
A large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, internet access, French cable TV including music channels &English channels news channels, and iPod deck are available for guests’ entertainment.
Double-glaze glass doors fold back to open the living area to the exterior. The ultra private terrace comes with a large outdoor sofa, laced with classy white pillows. It offers comfortable seating for 6. There is also a table with chairs to seat 6 as a nice al fresco dining option. With such unbeatable sea views, you could not wish for a better place to eat.
Should you rather the shade after a long day at the beach, the dining space inside will be a welcomed option. Find a white dining table opposite the sitting area, with matching leather chairs. Adjourned to the kitchen island, it makes for a pleasant social space, to discuss the plans for one’s French Riviera adventure, or the eye-catching art piece named “Rita” in the corner.
Kitchen
The kitchen, with its slate-grey countertops and matching splashbacks, is an open plan space designed with casual entertaining in mind.
It enjoys the crème de la crème in terms of appliances, with a fridge/freezer, Bosch washer/dryerwashing machine, Brandt dishwasher, grill / oven and an induction ceramic four ring hob. A Nespresso machine sits in the corner to ensure your morning coffee is as good as the morning sunrise.
Bedrooms
Soft minimalism is the theme in both bedrooms. Separated by a shared bathroom, they are both playfully decorated and make for stylish retreats.
The master bedroom provides a panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea and images of clear blue skies. Wake up to the most incredible sunrises from the comfort of the British King size bed (160x190cm).
Complete with plush pillows, cool artwork, bedside tables, reading lamps, and last but not least, his-and-hers built-in wardrobes, this spacious bedroom is a luxury to come back to every night.
The cool double bedroom is a peaceful space with its white and nature decor. It boasts a built in wardrobe and contemporary slick white chest of drawers for clothes storage. It faces the inner courtyard of the building, so enjoys privacy and minimal street noises.

Arrival Details
-- Please note that the following charges apply for late check-in, payable in cash upon arrival: - 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 20 - 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 40 - Check-in after midnight is subject to approval and costs EUR 60. Guests arriving at the property via the free airport pick-up service do not have to pay late check-in charges at the apartment, but a EUR 10 extra charge still applies for arrivals after 19:00. Please note that an additional EUR 50 charge applies to all arrivals on 24, 25 and 31 December, 1 January, Easter Sunday and 14 July. An additional 58€ will be applied for all bookings that require sofa bed linen (4 guests or more).
