The new East-West tram stops right outside the apartment, giving direct connections to Nice Centre and the Airport. The minimum stay in this property is 4 nights. This property has a lift, but please note that there is a small flight of stairs at entrance level and again when you exit the lift on the 6th floor. There is also a flight of stairs in the apartment from the 6th to the brand new 7th floor Penthouse bedroom (see video tour of this new floor in the photos below).

2 twin bedrooms (one of them en-suite); a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the 7th floor penthouse level.

Our party of 4 had a great time at this apartment. We were all amazed at the view of the port, we never got tired of it. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. The hosts were amenable too.

Incredible stay-we didn’t want to leave! Best part of Nice to stay in. Easy to get everywhere, lovely to watch boats go in and out of harbor, great dining just below apartment and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved staying here. The view was to die for, watching yachts dock was fascinating and sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for eating in. The location was very convenient for restaurants, bakeries, tram and train.

This was our second visit to this apartment. It is in a great location with nearby transport links for trams, buses and taxis. The trams stop nearby and link straight to the airport. The view from the balcony over the port is fabulous. Kitchen is well equipped. The agent gives you access to the property and is easy to contact. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property and we hope to return.

A really nice flat in a perfect location. Perfect view from the balcony. Close to the best restaurants. Connections to the airport, ferries and Monaco right on the doorstep. Perfectly air-conditioned. 3 bathrooms, plenty of sleeping options, large kitchen and washing machine with tumble dryer. The excellent communication with Chris deserves special mention. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this well appointed apartment. The view overlooking the boats and watching the sunsets was amazing. The location at the harbor was so convenient to the cafes and train. Just a lovely place!

Perfect in every way

Our stay at Chris's property in Nice was absolutely perfect in every way. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the location could not have been better. The apartment had everything our family of four needed for a 3-week stay. An amazing sunset view from the apartment's balcony, short walks to different beaches, the tram stop and bus stops directly outside the door.... We cannot recommend this property highly enough and hope that it's available on our next trip to Nice!

Wonderful location!!!

The location was better than expected! Unit was super clean, views were awesome and being able to walk downstairs to a ton of restaurants/bars was AWESOME! The check-in process having to be in person was a bit cumbersome, but the local person who met us was very nice and very thorough with the explanations on all of the systems. Loved the area and would highly recommend!

We had heating issues. And the flat was very cold, and the back up heating system in the living rooms did not work.Bedrooms on the main floor was like a freezer.Also 2nd floor bathroom needs a toilet paper holder.With international travels it would be nice if there were a few basic items left. We would have been happy to have this as a service.

This is a great apartment exactly as depicted on the website. The communication with both the owner and the agent was very good and a detailed document with useful information about the apartment and local services was provided a few days prior to our holiday. The location is perfect with direct tram link to the airport and into the old town just 2 minutes walk away. Lovely views over the harbour and a short (15 minute) walk to the train station where you can catch a train to take you East or West along the coast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

Loved this beautiful port stay!

The apartment is lovely. We had a fabulous 2 week stay at Chris's apartment overlooking the port. The location was perfect for walking to Old Town, Castle Hill and the Promenade. Easy to use the tram and bus system. The apartment was clean, bright and furnished nicely. Chris was great to communicate with.

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. We had great weather for late October with temps in mid 70s and lots of sun. The condo had a perfect location to great restaurants,airport and the beach. You can’t go wrong by staying here.

Why they chose this property

I wanted a property that made you feel that you were immediately on holiday, and with it's direct west facing views over the Port of Nice, it's a wonderful place to relax in in the evening and watch the sun set from the balcony.

What makes this property unique

As this Duplex Penthouse over the 6th and 7th floor is directly on the port, it offers un-interrupted stunning views of the port, sea and mountains behind Nice, and even on a bad weather day it feels like you're on holiday.
There is a very large lounge, and also an additional lounging area in the new top floor double bedroom with a second smart TV.
A new air-conditioning system has been fitted throughout the apartment in 2021 at the same time as the new double bedroom was created.
