The unique feature is the direct access to the slopes through the French window. Direct access on the ski slope n. 3 leading to the Cretaz chairlift. Cervinia, reachable in 10 minutes on foot, about 700 meters you will find the supermarket, pharmacy, bakery. The apartment building is "Cervinia 1" located adjacent to the Furggen Hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this ski-in/ski-out place. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—being able to step right onto the slopes made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Ottimo appartamento ski-in ski-out, cucina completa e bagno spazioso. Unica nota negativa la mancanza di spazio per carico/scarico soprattutto in inverno, ma in zona si trovano alcuni parcheggi gratuiti.

Perfekt beskrivning av det trevliga boendet

Vi var så nöjda med boendet. Beskrivningen av lägenheten stämde bra. Dessutom var de andra gästernas kommentar till hjälp. Värdinnan och även kontaktperson på plats hade vi kontakt vid före ankomst (via whatsapp). Fungerade smidigt! Lägenheten var lite kall på golvet då det var extremt kallt ute under den veckan vi var där. Varmvattnet i duschen behövde vi vara restriktiva med men vi lärde oss hantera det med. Välutrustad lägenhet! Jag skulle absolut åka hit igen!

Casa molto carina, in posizione fantastica, in quanto ha una porta finestra che si affaccia direttamente sulla pista da sci, esattamente come dichiarato nel titolo dell'inserzione! Buona pulizia, fornita anche di qualche gioco da tavolo e alcuni film in DVD (ci sono anche alcuni film per i più piccoli) riproducibili con una Playstation presente nella casa. Michela molto cortese e comunicativa, ottima l'organizzazione per il check in e il check out anche in orari diversi da quelli standard!

Studio fonctionnel et très agréable

Les studio proposé est très fonctionnel et départ ski au pied depuis le balcon. Endroit très calme. Très bon ratio qualité/prix. Dommage qu'il n'est pas possible de fermer l'appartement depuis la porte fenêtre du balcon, une personne doit faire le tour de de la maison pour atteindre les pistes (150 mètres)... pas trop grave !
