Really upmarket property; great fittings, very comfortable beds, even a sauna. Sandra was very helpful with her recommendations. Just feel a Washing machine would have been very useful here. But over, fabulous property.

Beautiful apartment and host is wonderful

This apartment is so beautiful! It seems as though it’s brand new. The host is so kind. He drove us to a pharmacy right after meeting us because the ones close by were closed on a Sunday. I own a VRBO property so I know what to look for. Don’t hesitate, book this property today! Five stars all around!

Handicap accessible and short distance to beach!

A family of 6 ages 20-99. Beautiful, modern, air conditioned apartment that is wheelchair accessible. Wonderful neighborhood with beach, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance. 8 euro Uber to Diocletian palace. Parking on street also available. Great communication with host. Host welcomed us with fruit basket, pastries, snacks after a late arrival from airport.

Modern comfortable place in Split

We enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable. AC in every room and ability to close shutters for black-out windows which was nice. Small touches like candies and drinks in refrigerator were appreciator. Bathroom are modern and the amenities (shampoo, soap) were nice. Host sent property manager to meet us who also helped with parking and provided good recommendations for restaurants. Gave us directions to the beach which was walking distance and not busy at all. We walked into town but would Uber back for 5 EUR when we were exhausted. We liked the neighborhood and being just a short distance away from the touristy side of split. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend this place. Thanks for hosting us.

Spilt Apartment in August

The property is clean ,modern and very comfortable. It is in a great location and there is so much to see. We stayed for 4 nights and took trips north to Krka National park and south to Omis beach. as well a Klis etc. This apartment is perfect for people spending most of the day out sightseeing and its a good place to come back to to rest. (Great air conditioning and believe me in August it is needed). I would recommend the owner purchase a nespresso machine and provide capsules so you don't have to head out first thing for a decent coffee. The kitchen is very small so you tend to eat out more and its not conducive to having family get togethers for dinners or lunch since there is not really a common room or a normal sized kitchen. It was however a really good modern and very clean space to spend 3 to 5 days to explore the area around and within Split. I would book it again if i was in the area.

Trip to Split

our host could not have been any icer and had all small details like sodas, water and juice in each of the three refrigerators. His suggestions for resturants were stellar. He met us on site and gave us a great overview of the city and what to do. his accomodations were first class. I wish all the places I have satyed were half as nice.

The apartment is very nice and has a great location, in a quiet street. It was exactly what we were looking for. I was here with my parents, wife, and two kids. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed the sauna and the terrace. The host was helpful. We recommend the VIP Holiday Booker agency – a very professional team!

The apartment was modern, clean, very comfortable, and with Wi-Fi. It's in a great location, close to the seaside and the center. Split is a very nice town, we had a really great time. Luxury apartment, good location

Big luxury apartment with an excellent host! He helped us with the luggage and suggested some good restaurants. We didn't need a taxi or rent a car. Everything was so close. Smiljana, the VIP concierge helped us with our excursions to Dubrovnik, Hvar, and Krka waterfalls. We recommend booking through them!

Excellent location

Beautiful space as described, modern and everything works. Excellent location and access to the smaller (in my opinion better) sandy beach in Split. Zdravko who was our host, met us on check in and explained all the amenities clearly. He provided complimentary fruits from his garden and soft drinks and a bottle of Moët. The next morning he brought lovely pastry more than enough for our family of 5 to ease us into our holiday. The set up is the standard of a 5 star hotel space with towels and soap. The largest room has the kitchenette and dining space. Washer and dryer was modern and works well. There were minor negatives that we were more than happy to put up with and stay at this place again. The accommodation wifi tended to drop out and need to be re sign in. This was not overall a big problem once we worked out we can use the free wifi in the Klinik in the building. One night in bedroom 3, it was a bit noisy due to the bar/diner next door. Overall, this is one superb property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot thank Zdravko enough for his hospitality.

Amazing apartment

Amazing apartment, had a wonder 3 days here. I would most definitely come back! The owner goes above and beyond to be hospitable not to mention the amazing fresh fruit he had waiting in the fridge from his own garden!
