HOLIDAY HOME 10 GUESTS

This historic 16th-century holiday home (sleeps 10, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) has just been renovated. It actually consists of a 4-bedroom house and a self-contained studio on the ground floor (with bathroom, kitchenette, and separate entrance), but they are connected.

The sister of Jacques Cartier (the discoverer of Canada) is said to have lived there. The gîte borders La Malouinière and was built by a French privateer who commanded the frigate "La Glorieuse," which participated in the 1711 expedition to Rio de Janeiro with Duguay Trouin.

The house is 2miles from the beach and 5 miles from the port of St. Malo (ferries to Portsmouth, Poole, and the Channel Islands). Come and relax in the absolute tranquility of this idyllic landscape.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille ( 6 adultes et 4 enfants dans la gite de claude et Agnès qui nous ont réservé un très bon accueil et partagé leur passion pour leur malouiniere dans laquelle nous reviendrons sans hésiter .idéalement située pour découvrir st Malo , Dinard et la région .il a juste manqué d'un peu de soleil pour profiter du vaste jardin .a très bientôt .
