House with private garden, pool and barbecue. It is distributed on two floors, with two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with two single beds each and three full bathrooms. Modern kitchen, living room with fireplace and exit to the garden. the house has a garage, air conditioning and heating.

The house has an ideal location for your holidays, it is only 200 meters from the beach of Riells. On the beach, you will find the promenade with all shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, water activities, etc.

In total, 8 people can sleep in the house: in 2 double beds and 4 single beds.



ATTENTION: From 01/11 al 01/05 the house does not have Wi-Fi.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Lovely property, right on a busy road

We loved our stay here, the house was very clean but missing a few essentials such as instructions for appliances, guides for the local area and a tea towel. The property was right on a main road and the courtyard especially around the pool needs a good weeding.

Perfekt für Kurzurlaub in der Vorsaison

Eigentlich war das Haus an sich prima und sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlen Messer die schneiden und noch einpasst Schüsseln zum Servieren. Bei voller Belegung wird es sicher schwierig mit Geschirr und man hat ständig die Spülmaschine laufen. Der extra Gefrierschrank ist toll. Im oberen Badezimmer sollte der Spülkasten überprüft werden, da rauscht oft das Wasser und man muss ihn abdrehen. Die Rollläden sind sehr schwer zu ziehen. Fliegengitter wären angebracht. Das Haus liegt toll in der Nähe zum Strand, allerdings an einer wichtigen Straße und hier war schon in der Vorsaison viel Verkehr, auch nachts von einigen Autos oder Motorrädern die mit hoher Geschwindigkeit gefahren sind. So kann man kaum bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Der Pool ist super, auch die Möglichkeit zu grillen. Ein trauriges Bild bot der hässliche Rollrasen, hier kamen überall Unkräuter raus. Auch die Unkraut bewachsenen Blumenkübel erfüllen keinen Zweck auf der Terrasse. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Pool Pfleger zumindest gerufen hätte als er das Grundstück betrat!!! Am Pool liegend sieht man leider nur auf eine hohe Mauer, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Der Spar in der Nähe ist genial für kleinere Einkäufe. Wir würden das Haus nicht mehr buchen, aber wer viel Platz braucht ist hier toll aufgehoben.

Net huis op top locatie

Superleuk huis op een hele gave plek en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vlak bij het strand en een leuke boulevard. Zwembad was top! Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en problemen gehad, maar deze werden snel opgelost. Als er iets meer op de afwerking gelet zou worden, dan zou dit helemaal een geweldige locatie zijn.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour. Maison bien située et l'hôte était présente à la moindre question. Merci beaucoup pour votre suivi et réactivité durant notre séjour. Petites choses à modifier selon nous: - prévenir les locataires que les personnes passent pour la piscine ou la maintenance. Nous avons un chien et c'est dangereux pour eux de rentrer sans prévenir - des mauvaises herbes dans le jardin - l'état des robinets dans la salle de bain du bas - pas d'aspirateur. Sinon pour le reste c'était top.

Maison agréable.

Maison agréable et très bien située. Terrasse couverte orientée Sud. Merci pour vos informations sur les restaurants organisant une soirée de réveillon du 31 décembre. Piscine très proche de l'entrée de la maison, sans aucune sécurité en cas de chute d'un enfant. Aucune chaine en français ou en anglais, pas de lecteur de DVD ou de CD.

Goed gelegen groot vakantiehuid

Pracht van een huis op een uitstekende lokaties.Alles is ter plaatse.Wij,waren daar met 7 personen en hadden ruimte genoeg.Zwembad ok en ook doordat het domein is afgesloten met een muur hadden we alle privacy en een must voor onze hond die kon rondlopen zonder gevaar op het terrein.
