Lake Michigan Beachfront

Treat yourself to a classic Door County get-away. North Haven is nestled on one of the quietest stretches of beach along Lake Michigan. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, quiet walks, and the sound of waves at night. You might even spot a pair of nesting bald eagles just to the south.

The cottage is located between Jacksonport and Baileys Harbor. This location allows you to enjoy the "Quietside" of Door County with easy access to such attractions as Whitefish Dunes State Park, Maxwelton Braes Golf Course and Cana Island Lighthouse. While there are many excellent shops and restaurants nearby, the Green Bay side of Door county is just minutes away.

North Haven has a fully equipped kitchen, a great room with fireplace, and split bathroom provding and additional sink. There's a queen size bed in one of the bedrooms and a bunk bed with a full bed the bottom and a twin on topin the other room. The great room has a sleeper sofa. You can watch your favorite movies on a DVD player or stream your own programs when you log in using the Roku TV. The cottage can be heated should the weather turn unseasonably cold.

One of our guests favorite places to hang out when indoors, is the three season porch with a wall heater.

North Haven is a housekeeping cottage. Blankets and pillows are there for your use. Linens and towels are not provided. Guests have access to a deck for conversation or a relaxing meal overlooking Lake Michigan. North Haven is the perfect place to unwind and step back from our busy lives.
