Villa Limonero is a bright and clean family Chalet, with pool and BBQ with excellent sea views, nestled in the Litre Site, very central place 6 minutes walk from the beach.
The Chalet is right next to where British playwright writer Agatha Christhie spent her vacation in Puerto de la Cruz.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Limonero was built at the beginning of 2000 in the Canarian style with ceilings and wooden floors, balconies and terraces with wonderful views of the Port.
Access through large garden and pool, The house consists of 2 floors and a board.
On the ground floor, living room, large fully equipped kitchen of 50 m2, and toilet.
On the top floor, 2 suites with double beds with large private and individual terrace and balcony, 1 double bedroom and 2 fully independent bathrooms.
On the upper board, an excellent suite with terrace and solarium.
All rooms have independent keys.
Large garden equipped with tables, chairs, solarium and bathroom.
Large heated pool of 55 m2 is 5 m. x 11 m. long and 1 m. at 2.30 m. Maximum depth, fresh water with saline chlorinator is very healthy for sensitive skin. Pool heating cost: € 15 / day.

Excellent (BBQ) barbecue and wood oven.
Villa Limonero has several excellent restaurants within 50 m.
The beauty of the surroundings, with Phoenix Canariesis, the Liter Site Gardens with its Canarian and Orchid Drago, is within the accesses of Villa Limonero.
All rooms at Villa Limonero have fiber optics (300 Mg / Seg.) WIFI zone and satellite TV, both in Hall, kitchen, and all rooms, with more than 200 channels in all languages, totally free.

This Villa is a Gem!! We LOVED it!

We rented this Villa for two families - 9 people total. There was plenty of space for all. The Villa is huge and has every amenity needed, including heated pool, pizza oven, ping pong table, gourmet kitchen, ocean views, yet plenty of privacy. The home is very well furnished and the property is excellently maintained. Our host checked us in personally and was very responsive to our questions and asked for feedback. Location was perfect - a short walk to the bus stop, into town and the beach, an amazing restaurant around the corner. Our time spent at this home was the highlight of our vacation!

Beautiful villa in close proximity to restaurants.

The villa was so clean and tidy with beautiful views out to the sea. The seating areas were all very comfortable and we loved the barbecue area. The bedrooms and the Jacuzzi bath were amazing. It would be suitable for 2 different families or one large family. The pool and garden were perfect for our needs especially as we had a baby. The hosts showed us around their home and gave us clear instructions on how to use the different equipment. Also they gave us recommendations for good restaurants. An amazing place to stay and don't forget to visit Loro park.

Séjour agréable

Décembre 18 Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans votre Belle villa . Le soleil était au rendez vous. La maison est bien située , on descend à pied en ville , mais l’inconvénient c’est Le passage des voitures très tôt le matin. Nous étions 8 adultes et un enfant du coup le nombre de salle de bain (2) était un peu juste! Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine car elle n’était pas chauffée. Sinon séjour très agréable, belle maison avec 3 belles chambres , une belle pièce à vivre , belles visites et propriétaire très gentil et serviable.

Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here with our friends during our vacation in Tenerife. The house was perfect- just as pictured, very spacious and clean. It is walking distance to the downtown and the water. We would definitely stay here again
