Studio labeled 2 stars, facing south, of 25m2, recently endowed with double windows, renovated in summer 2014, well appointed, ideally located in the heart of the resort, on the 5th floor of the residence 'Le Zénith', a small building on the snow front, in the Place de Caron.
Private ski locker, located in the basement, accessible by lift with exit to the slopes.


A main room with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2), a cabin with 2 bunk beds (with a bed rail available) lit by a small window and closing with sliding doors, a kitchenette, a bathroom and separate WC .
A south-facing balcony.

We self cater and cook all meals. Very well equipped apt for people like us doing a lot of cooking. Well maintained and with compact efficient internal setup. And everything worked! Good location. Owner provided excellent clear information about the apartment. One thing that could be added to that information would be a picture of the entrance to the building from the slopeside - that door is not marked and is perhaps the most convenient entrance if arriving by bus.

Bien que l appartement ne soit pas grand, il est très agréable, ensoleillé et très bien situé. Il est très très bien équipé en produit et matériel ménager, jeux de société et électroménager. Je le conseille sans hésitation!

Sur les 6 dernierés saisons , ce fut sans aucun doute notre rèservation favorite. Propriétaire disponible, consignes claires et précises, du 5eme étage, la position est idéale pour profiter de l'ambiance et de la vue, mais une fois les fenetres fermeés, l'isolation est parfaite, ce qui permet de passer des nuits parfaitement au calme.Equipement complet, litterie d'excellente qualité, immeuble bien entretenu, que dire de plus... Si nous repassons par Val Thorens nous ne chercherons pas plus loin.

Geweldig mooi schoon appartement, perfect verzorgd.

Leuk knus appartementje aan het Place Caron in Val Thorens. Bij binnenkomst troffen we een brandschoon appartement aan dat is voorzien van een stapelbed en een uit klap slaapbank. Alles is perfect verzorgd en voorzien van goed functioneerde apparatuur, zoals een goede vaatwasmachine. Verder waren de schoonmaakmiddelen in overvloed aanwezig waarmee we het appartement weer schoon konden achterlaten. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat s'nacht de uitgaand jeugd hoorbaar is.

Fabulous and unforgettable

We've stayed in apartment from 31.12.2016 to 07.01.2017. Our stay was fabulous. The apartment is beautiful. Let's be felt as in a ''CASTLE'' even it was ''only'' 25m2!!! The spectacular sight on the mountain (we've seen the show of fireworks at the midnight of 31 December directly from the balcony!!!) There are all the possible comforts in the apartment, it's held in a perfect conditions. The position is in the head of Val Thorens (central), with direct access on the slopes, near shops. Tres beau studio idéalement situe

C'était notre premier séjour à Val Thorens durant ce Noël 2015 et nous avons adoré cette station. Ce studio a fortement contribue à la qualité du séjour: idéalement situé sur la place principale du village, depart ski au pieds, commerce à côté de l'immeuble. La vue du 5ème étage offre un panorama exceptionnel sur la montagne et a station. Le studio et très fonctionnel et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, très calme, avec le moindre detail pour votre confort. On le quitte avec autant de regret que d'envie d'y revenir! Nicolas et Pascale

Excellent Apartment

First time in this particular apartment although we have been in 2 others in the Zenith building. The apartment is what you'd call 'compact' - but big enough for the four people (we were one couple and two adult sisters). We used the sofa bed and the sisters the small bunk room, which they found too hot unless they left the window open a crack. The kitchen it has to be said is small but you honestly couldn't ask for it being more well equipped - it had everything we needed and more to self-cater for the week. The facilities were clean and well appointed within the apartment, there is also a small balcony from which you can watch over the main Val Thorens square. Excellent location for ski in ski out, local supermarket, and all other shops and bars. We happily recommend it for a family of 4, two couples (as long as one don't mind having bunk beds) or a couple and some friends. Dee Dannatt.
