In the small, secluded village of Valtura near Pula, far from crowds and city rushes, we offer this cozy house with a pool, named "Noelene". 850 m away from the first local market, and 11 km from the beach. The first big city is "Pula", 9 km away. The restaurant "Vesna Loborika" is 7.2 km away.

The 26 m2 pool is there to offer refreshments in the hot summer months. There are also 4 sun loungers around the pool, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.

The yard of 2.200 m2 gives you complete freedom of enjoyment and a nice level of privacy. Living space in the house totals 78 m2. The spacious terrace of 40 m2 offers enough space, featuring an outdoor table with 6 chairs.

The house can comfortably accommodate 5, or even 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have private en-suite bathrooms. The third bathroom is in the hallway.
Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (160 cm), while the third bedroom offers 1 single bed.

The sofa in the living room can be extended for sleeping (for 2 people). The living room is connected to a dining room and a small kitchen.
WiFi, LCD TV, satellite programs, and air conditioning guarantee your comfort even on the hottest summer days.

The kitchen is equipped with:
