The beautiful Villa Manuela is located in the charming fishing village of Banjole, very close to the most beautiful beaches in Istria. This pretty house has a modern design and is elegant and minimalist at the same time.
At the heart of the house is a tastefully decorated spacious room divided into an intimate lounge, kitchen and dining area. Three beautiful bedrooms (two with flat-screen TVs and three with exquisitely appointed bathrooms) complement the relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The hydromassage pool with comfortable loungers where you can relax with a good novel and an ice-cold drink is particularly inviting during hot summer months. To enjoy long, cozy evenings with a pleasant sea breeze, there is a covered summer dining area with a grill next to the pool. A further outdoor terrace is located at the rear of the garden and is ideal for lazy afternoons in the shade.
The house is equipped with solar power plants and central heating.
Villa Manuela is located in a small holiday village of Banjole, just a short walk from the beach. The sea is definitely the highlight in this area and is a paradise. The small fishing village of Banjole is located on a small peninsula with a naturally sheltered harbor.
Pula, the largest city in Istria, just 6 kilometers from the villa, is world famous for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheater built during the 1st century, during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespansian.
