Immersed in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, La Casa Di Antonella offers moments of absolute relaxation.
On two floors and surrounded by a large private garden
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the large terrace overlooking the Casentino hills
On the ground floor, which opens into the garden, there is a large room with a fireplace, a study room and a large kitchen. An internal staircase connects you to the upper floor. The whole house is at your disposal.

Strategically located in the center of Tuscany, about 18km from Arezzo, 30km from Cortona, 60 from Florence, 60 from Siena, a few km from the Sanctuary of La Verna, from the hermitage of Camaldoli and then again enchanted villages of Casentino as Poppi with the castle of the Counts Guidi, within easy reach of Anghiari, the Adriatic coast and all the beautiful Tuscany!

What a lovely house

We spent a month here with our dogs and had a wonderful time. I have never rented a house that came so well provided! Antonella is also the nicest, easy to reach host! As mentioned before the couch needs updating but other than that we had everything we needed and more! Thank you again for having us!

The perfect place to relax in the middle of nature

The place is a bit away from the tourist Tuscany in the middle of nature. To go shopping, you need a car that should not be lowered because of the road. The property is so large that even in the garden you have a wide view. In the morning you can watch hoopoes and lizards. Really a great place to come down. The surroundings are varied enough to discover new things. But you can also go to Florence for a day trip. We were also very satisfied with the service.

Wir waren 11Tage im Mai im Haus von Antonella.Besonders gut hat uns der wunderschöne große Garten gefallen.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten waren bequem.Die Zufahrt war zwar steil und schmal, aber gut zu schaffen.Schön wären ein paar Gartenliegen und die Sofas sind auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Erholsame Urlaubstage

Das Haus von Antonella befindet sich auf einem Hang und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein großer Garten und Möglichkeiten zum Spielen befinden sich dort. Das Haus bietet die Möglichkeit zum Entspannen und Luft holen. Der Ausblick in die Umgebung ist sehr malerisch, so wie auch die ganze Gegend mit den schönen Städten wie Arezzo, Subbiano und Bibbiena absolut sehenswert sind.Antonella ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Una bella casa immersa nella natura

Siamo stati molto bene presso la casa di Antonella. La casa si trova in mezzo al verde ed è stata tutta a nostra disposizione. Serve l'auto per spostarsi ed è raggiungibile tramite una piccola stradina che serve quattro case sulla collina. La casa è molto fresca e ben attrezzata. Zanzariere alle finestre anche se di zanzare ce n'erano poche. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci hanno lasciato tutto a disposizione dentro la casa. Nelle vicinanze c'è la foresta del casentino che è bellissima e borghi come Poppi presso il quale si può trovare un castello molto bello da visitare. Abbiamo trovato anche persone molto gentili nei negozi il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Das Haus liegt in sehr schöner Umgebung. Vor allem haben wir den schönen Garten sehr genossen .Tagsüber herrlich entspannen, abends Sternenhimmel und Glühwürmchen beobachten.

Merveilleux séjour dans une partie plus intime de la Toscane

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette grande maison au calme dans la jolie campagne toscane, à 30 mn d'Arezzo et proche du Casentino. Beaucoup de jolis village à découvrir, loin de la foule des sites touristiques.

Herrliche Alleinlage

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in mitten der Toskana erleben möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Haus liegt ca. 70 Höhenmeter oberhalb von Santa Mama, die Landstraße, die an Santa Mama vorbei geht, hört man noch man als leichtes Grundrauschen. Bei uns kam im Schnitt einmal am Tag ein Auto am Haus vorbei. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt. Man kann beliebig zwischen Sonne und Schatten hin und her wechseln. auch die Bewegungsmöglichkeiten im Garten (kleines Fußballtor mit Bällen und Basketballkorb) fand ich sehr angenehm. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist kein Problem. Der kleine Weg ist besonders in den steilen Abschnitten gut befestigt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, besonders die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (die Sofas sind ausgesessen, die Betten nur mittelmäßig bequem). Die Technik funktioniert gut, besonders über die Heizung waren wir jetzt im Mai noch ganz froh, da wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten. insgesamt bietet das Haus ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Antonella ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell, wenn man eine Frage hat. Das Haus ist ideal für Elektrosensible. Die Strahlung von außen ist kleiner 10 Mikrowatt/m^2 und die kleine WLAN-Box kann man ausstellen beziehungsweise mit in den Garten nehmen und dort benutzen, wenn man das möchte.

Luogo incantevole in natura, casa spaziosa e ben attrezata, non lontano da siti meravigliosi.

Prima di tutto, siamo rimasti incantati dell'accoglienza (sia "de visu", sia permessaggi). Poi della bellezza del luogo, degli alberi, dei fiori, del canto degli uccelli. È una base idéale per scopire il bellissimo Casentino.

Très agréable séjour

Maison très grande en pleine nature en Toscane profonde ce qui est fort agréable et reposant. Un petit bémol néanmoins c’est le chemin de terre qu’il faut emprunter pour arriver à la maison un 4x4 serait nécessaire mais cela fait aussi partie du dépaysement.

Fantastiche locatie in Toscana

Mooi authentiek Italiaanshuis op prachtige locatie. Ruim huis met complete inrichting. Heerlijke grote tuin rondom huis. Veel privacy. Hartelijk welkom door de eigenaars.
