Luxury 3 bed/3 bath villa with private pool in the picturesque village of Peyia

Modern fully furnished, air conditioned three bedroom three bathroom luxury villa with all amenities including UK TV and Wi Fi. The downstairs TV offers NETFLIX, PRIME, DISNEY, APPLE, SKY SPORTS, TNT Sports, all movie channels and endless other channels. The TV in the master bedroom is a Smart TV allowing guests to sign into their personal NETFLIX/PRIME apps. Open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room equipped with a breakfast bar, gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, ice-machine, washing machine and full sized dishwasher. Furnished to a high standard with a large first floor terrace offering sea views.
The upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is fitted with a safe. The downstairs bedroom has fitted wardrobes and twin beds.
All bed linen, towels and pool towels are included.
The property has a private gated drive with covered car parking.
It has a full sized private swimming pool which is maintained on a twice weekly basis, outside BBQ and kitchen area. Garden and pool are illuminated at night.
The villa is a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay with its sandy beach.
The picturesque village of Peyia has plenty of traditional Cypriot restaurants and tavernas as well as restaurants and bars.
Please note that visitors from the UK will not need plug adaptors as sockets are 3 pin British standard.

Very well equipped villa, good room sizes, quiet location whilst still only a short distance to numerous restaurants in the local area. Car is a must.

Home from Home

Villa Eirene was clean, well equipped and truly home from home. The villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood with a lovely garden and clean good sized pool. We also enjoyed the visiting cats each day !! A car is a necessity due to the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning our next trip to beautiful Peyia.

Wonderful vacation

We have spent more than 2 weeks in this villa and really enjoyed out time there. The villa is very well equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. The location is good, 7-10 min to Coral bay, 5 min to supermarket in Peyia (Philippos), 20 min to Paphos, 5 min to Paphos zoo. Unfortunately, I had not enough time to read great collection of books and watch plenty of DVDs, the variety of them is very impressive.

Fantastic Property

Stayed for one week 2-10 October My wife wanted to move in permanently she loved the property so much. So clean and quality everywhere from bedrooms and bathrooms to kitchen and sitting room. Myra is obviously determined to provide the best experience possible for her guests and i haven't mentioned the pool area yet which was just perfect. It's just off the beaten track which makes it very quiet and peaceful. Already looking at next years plans.

Absolutely wonderful villa!

The villa was amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough. It's clean, spacious, had lovely marble flooring, the kitchen was well equipped, the air con and fans were hugely beneficial. The pool was lovely. It's very modern and has great equipment and in an ideal location. It has a carport which keeps the car clean and cool. It has a study and WiFi throughout the villa. There are supermarkets and cafes and restaurants in an abundance close by and Paphos is 25 minutes away. We had a slight issue locating the villa in the dark when we arrived, but the villa is located using these What3Words: stud.zoomed.chevronsAlso the front door, make sure you turn it once to the right and then another half turn to the right again Can highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

Smart villa in Peiya

Very comfortable and well equipped villa in smart but quiet residential area 2k from the centre of the village of Peiya. Very hilly but certainly walkable to bars and restaurants that in authentic village with all amenities. The villa itself is very well laid out over two floors with a very British style , warm and comfortable with everything you could want. It was somewhere that you really wanted to come home to after a day out in this interesting part of the island. Great supermarket, including Waitrose products , within 5k … better than being at home!

Standout hosts and property

I have no reservations about recommending this property. It comprises everything you would want or expect for a home from home, and is much better than in the photos. The property is very comfortable, clean and hygienic, with excellent air-con, and the pool is very welcoming. I'd recommend a car as the village and shops etc are more than a 2KM walk each way and its very hot in summer. Personally I'd also like to add that the hosts are excellent and immediately responded to any queries we had. At one stage there was a very minor issue and they had a local handyman, on a Saturday evening, turn up within an hour to effect a repair.

Really nice villa

This is a really nice villa and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen. It has a nice balcony area for the evenings and is spacious - much better than getting a hotel!. The pool area is great - the pool is a good size, regularly kept tidy and clean by a pool guy, and nicely secluded. Its a very quiet area but I think we were lucky as a lot of the villas seemed unoccupied while we were there and the building work at the end of the road paused in Aug. Its in a residential area so not walking distance to shops but that's what makes it nice and quiet - you definitely need a car. The villa was clean but if you ventured behind cupboards (to turn the air con on) you could see it needed a bit more of a deeper clean. But other than that very clean. Overall would recommend.

Keine Luxus Villa

Die Küchenschränke waren verdreckt mit dunklen klebrigen Fingerabdrücken. Toaster total klebrig und fettig. Der Wasserkocher bis obenhin verkalkt. Kochgeschier veraltet. Die Tischdecke war klebrig und befleckt. Die Sofas voller Katzenhaare. In der ersten Nacht ging das Bett im Erdgeschoß beim Schlafen kapput. Wir haben uns bei der Vermieterin beschwertund eine freche Antwort erhalten. Sie kann sich das alles nicht erklären. Es hat sich noch keiner bei ihr beschwert und die Reinigungsfirma sei sehr gut. Wir mussten zu sechst auf fünf Schlafplätzen schlafen und die Katzenhaare beseitigen. So ein dreckiges veraltetes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie gehabt. Garten ungepflegt. Die Gärtner waren zwar einmal in der Woche vor Ort, haben aber nur die Blätter von drn Wegen weggeblasen. Die Zitronen unter dem Baum haben vor sich hingeschiemelt. Vertrocknete Blumenstängel hatten die Gärtner nicht bemerkt. Eindeutig keine luxus Villa .

We were very disappointed in Robert’s review regarding his stay in our villa from 27th May-3rd June 2024. That is the first negative review in all our years of letting the property. Specifically we refute all of his complaints: 1. Kitchen-it is a very clean modern kitchen with all needs cared for. Many previous guests have commented on how well fitted and equipped it is (“like being at home”). 2. Cat hairs-We have no cats, nor do we allow local ones in the villa. 3. Garden-It is a very tidy attractive Cyprus garden, in the Mediterranean style.We do not recognise his description. 4.”Dirty outdated holiday Home”-We find this quite ridiculous as it is modern and kept immaculately by our housekeeper, definitely a luxury villa. 5. Broken bed-The under 5 year old bed was not broken until the Robert and his family broke it. 6- Our “cheeky” answer to the complaint-Our response was measured and polite, in spite of the insulting tone of the complaint. We said we would replace the bed which they broke. We do not understand how any reasonable person could interpret our response as “cheeky”. Myra

Superbe séjour dans 1 magnifique villa

Great Stay

Lovely Villa that was well equipped and in a great location in the hills of Peyia. Spacious for all 6 of us who stayed. Great sized swimming pool that was regularly cleaned. Host was easily contactable and accommodated our needs. Would highly recommend.

Really high quality villa in a great location.

We loved our stay at this property. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. Everything you need is to hand. Communication with the owner and the local staff was excellent. The villa is in a great location for Sea Caves, Coral Bay and Lara Bay and also the mountains. We will definitely be back and can't recommend this property enough.

Fabulous Villa!!

The villa is beautiful, spacious, airy and nicely furnished. It's very well equipped and has excellent access to Wi-Fi. The villa caters for couples and families. Set in a quiet location, in the evening there are stunning views of the night sky. We enjoyed spending days by the pool which is a good size. Peyia village centre is a short drive away and has all amenities from Banks, chemist, bakers, supermarket, bars and restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend villa Eirene

Fantastic villia in quiet location

We stayed at the villa in the last 2 weeks of August. the first thing we noticed was how clean and well equipped the villa is. The kitchen is the most equipped kitchen I have ever seen. the rooms are spacious and well equipped. the pool is great and bigger than most. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend staying there. We will be back for sure. Andrew Martin

I live with my husband in the UK but spend time in Cyprus. We love this picturesque country with its variety of landscape. Over the years we have visited Cyprus at various times of the year. Each time we find something different.

Why they chose this property

The villa is situated in the pretty and traditional village of Peyia which offers a variety of Cypriot tavernas . In addition there are opportunities for numerous outdoor pursuits viz. walking, cycling, swimming .
The village offers spectacular views of both the hills and the sea and offers easy access to Coral Bay, Paphos and the sea side towns of Polis and Laatchi.

What makes this property unique

When we were looking for a property in Cyprus we wanted a quiet place with a private pool. Also, we wanted a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa to accommodate our ever growing family. We fell in love with this property as it met all our criteria. The garden was pretty and manageable and suited our needs.
The views are spectacular, especially from the upstairs terrace which is ideal for evening cocktails at sunset.
