Birthday weekend

This is such a beautiful house to rent for a large group. Excellent location, a 14 min walk from the train station and right by the Lanes. The kitchen has all the items you'll need for your stay, including 3 coffee makers! The beds are comfortable and the house is quiet (due to all the fire doors!). The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house, beautifully decorated, ideal location, has everything you need and more

Hen party of 16 - booking and communication very good, great value for money. The house is beautiful, very modern and well decorated. Extremely clean and tidy with all the added extras that you need like tea, coffee, toilet roll, towels, bedding and extra pillows. Easy access to the property with a key code so everyone could come and go as they please. Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the pier or the lanes. All bedrooms very comfortable and well presented. Plenty of bathrooms so no waiting around. Well equipped kitchen with all the amenities you would need plus ample fridge space, kettles, toasters, glasses cups and plates. Everyone really enjoyed it and couldn’t find any fault with the property. Would definitely recommend. Already planning on returning for another stay. Only thing I would say is there are a lot of stairs so if you are hard of walking you may struggle.

Nice house in the center of Brighton

The house is a perfect stay for a big group of people. We where 25 p. and we did some of the cooking in the house and it worked well.
