Pool table. 6 bedrooms - sleeps up to 11 plus cots. 1 superking, 1 superking en-suite, 1 king en-suite, 1 double, 1 regular single, 1 twin room with two low rise singles good for adults but also very suitable for children. Plenty of room for travel cots in three rooms (one travel cot available with regular cot bed mattress). Kitchen with Aga, dining room, living room, play room.

Location : close to beach, lovely village (steyning), walks and off-road cycle routes directly from house.

A Family Retreat

We have just returned from an amazing week at Pear Tree Cottage. The house and grounds are simply beautiful and offer the perfect setting to unwind and relax. There is so much to do for all the family and everyone enjoyed the pool and tennis court. The cottage feels so comfortable and homely and is also perfectly situated for lovely walks and bike rides. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Jo.

This is a family home and has that feel to it. The grounds are huge with a pond, tennis court, children’s play area and pool. Badminton, table tennis and table football to name but a few things. Lots of rooms downstairs and also lots of bedrooms to accommodate all your needs. Two en suite rooms plus a further two bathrooms works really well. We were three generations starting from 8 weeks old and it suited us a treat.

Amazing holiday!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! It is in a beautiful rural setting and has everything you could wish for a family holiday for all ages. Lovely warm swimming pool, play equipment, tennis courts and every game you could think of and everything provided is really good quality. If you like cycling there are off road cycle trails from the end of the driveway where you can easily access the beach. Great communication from the owner and we felt very at home in the property. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay at the pear tree cottage. Joanna was incredibly communicative and helpful and the house was in impeccable state. The facilities are lovely (tennis court, swimming pool which was nicely heated, gardens etc) and its only 10 mins from the beach.
