The GIRALDA apartment is in a beautiful Sevillian house completely restored and renovated, located in the historic city center in the famous neighborhood of Alfalfa. The apartments are bright and quiet, as the building is located on a street with little traffic. A cozy living room with outdoor balcony, a sofa-bed to accommodate 2 more people and modern kitchen open to living room fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and all kitchen utensils . The double bedroom has an outdoor balcony and has a double bed and cupboards. The apartment comes complete with a modern bathroom with sink and large shower plate. Highlighting the apartment also has internet at no extra charge.


PROPERTY STANDARDS: Please tell us a couple of days before arrival time. Hours check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00. We can not guarantee that it can be earlier if there is an exit on the same day and time necessary for cleaning. If arrival is after 21:00, please check with us to see if we can assist you. Could easily have been 5 stars but….

The neighborhood was near perfect! Easy walking distance to everything you’d want. The apartment could be very nice with a little effort. It looks drab and dingy. It needs a deep cleaning, a paint job and perhaps a new kitchen table and chairs. The bathroom had seen a recent upgrade and was very nice

The apartment is well localized. But that is the only good thing... I dont recomend this apartment for anyone... when we arrived (4 persons) we could not open the 3 drawers from the refrigerator, because they were full of ice... The wc door opener was broken, the couch was dirty and had stains, also, the bed sheets had hairs. This is not apropriate for any family. We contacted the host and he replied he could give us new sheets or we could leave the apartment if we wanted... So.. think twice before coming here.

Á chegada as chaves não se encontravam dentro do cofre. Ligamos para o responsável do apartamento e prontamente enviou alguém para nos fornecer as chaves. Ar condicionado funciona na perfeição. Sofá onde dormiram as crianças bastante estragado e desconfortável. Tivemos encontro com BARATAS na casa de banho, na entrada do prédio e na rua. Frigorifico trabalha bem mas as gavetas do congelador não abrem derivado á acumulação de gelo. Vizinhos bastante barulhentos. Algumas tomadas de corrente estão soltas e existem algumas que não trabalham. Puxadores da janelas soltos. Cheiro intenso a mofo.

Das Apartment liegt mitten in Sevilla, alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Bus-Anbindung gut (ca. 400m bis Ponce de León), Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, Bäckerei und Obstladen nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wegbeschreibung war gut (EA-Bus vom Flughafen bis "Kansas City Avenue - Céfiro", dann Bus 32 schräg gegenüber bis Ponce de León. Leider haben wir den Code für den Schlüsselkasten nicht vorab erhalten. Mussten mehrfach anrufen. Dann hatten wir ihn, wussten aber nicht wie der Kasten aufgeht! Man sollte für Anfänger eine Erklärung mitschicken! Ein paar nervige Kleinigkeiten waren der wacklige Türgriff im Bad, die lockere Steckdose in der Küche und der Toaster, der nach verbranntem Plastik riecht. Die Waschmaschine lief leider nicht. Klima-Anlage läuft hingegen gut. Wir können das Apartment trotzdem generell empfehlen, wenn man eh hauptsächlich die Stadt besucht und alles gut zu Fuß erreichen will.

Beautiful, interesting short holiday

This property is modern, simple, clean and had everything we needed. It is very central so we were able to walk everywhere. Antonio, our host, gave us a warm welcome at the property. We discovered the airport bus which cost €4 from near Golden Tower by the river. Also good left luggage at Francos St closeby.

Great Potential but Doesn't Deliver

The location is excellent. However, the unit is very disappointing. It was not very clean. There was an annoying sewer gas smell in the bathroom which had no window or fan. Extremely noisy, did not sleep more than a few hours each night. There is a lot of street noise all night, plus very noisy neighbors with lots of door banging, and you can hear through the walls like they are cardboard, even though there is only one apartment per floor. I took photos of the dirty walls and furniture. The dishes were also dirty and I had to wash each item before using. Some were just kind of sticky and dusty, but at least one had food caked on it! There were no towels, cloth or paper, in the kitchen so I had to us a bath towel to dry the dishes after washing them. I actually cut my trip short by two days because I could find nothing else to rent on VRBO or in hotels to move to. I would have double paid for the last two nights to finish my trip but be out of the apartment, but there were no rooms to be had. The owner was going to meet me when I checked in but he was sick which I realize was beyond his control. He directed me to a nearby cafe to pick up the keys. He did not tell me to ask for anyone specific. I spoke to three people in the cafe who had no idea what I was talking about. The last person had the keys. She did not actually know Antonio and had no idea where the apartment was. This all took 30 minutes before I could actually check in. Antonio did contact me afterwards to make certain that I got in and got the wifi working. Never heard from him again until I told him I had checked out early and left the keys inside. He responded "thank you" and never asked why I left two days early! I have photos of the dirty walls, furniture and dishes.

Appartamento situato proprio nel centro di Siviglia ed è facile e piacevole raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città a piedi. La mattina è bellissimo sentir suonare le campane della Giralda !!!! Abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario Antonio, che è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L' appartamento è piccolo e ben tenuto e vi è tutto l' occorrente per il soggiorno. Noi eravamo tre ragazze e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Essendo nel centro della città , nelle vicinanze potrete trovare di tutto: negozi, ristoranti, supermercati, bar ecc., soprattutto nella vicinissima piazza Alfalfa. Insomma, un weekend perfetto in una città meravigliosa!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Great location, confortable apartment with good quality of materials. Antonio is nice and everything was in place for our arrival. Just a detail, the beds and pillows should be changed. They are not confortable. It could be useful to offer different size of pillows as well. Overall I recommend this place !!!
