Alberto was a wonderful host for our stay in Seville. His apartment, was comfortable, clean and in a nice location for us to access places we wanted to see. Everything we planned to do was between 5-30 minutes walking and easy to find. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

100% would stay again. Alberto is kind, responsive, and keeps the place immaculate. I don't think I have ever experienced such a clean VRBO!! We were central to everything we wanted to see, the farthest we had to walk was to Triana and it was only 25 minutes. There is a cute little bar next door that is family run and owned who treated us super well. Will be back for sure!

Lovely little loft in an area that felt like an area people live and hang out. A small family grocery across the square, a couple tapas businesses, a breakfast/coffee place, all just a hop away. Central location without being super busy right out the door. Uber was able to get right to our door, which is a plus with suitcases in Spain! They use stone, rock and tile in almost all the walk and driving areas. The loft size was perfect, very clean. Stocked with basics, and we went to the grocery to get a few staples for breakfast.The sleeping loft with 2 twins was comfortable but was for short people. I’m 5’4” and kept my head tucked a little while standing. The bedroom downstairs was fine.

Alberto was very helpful providing info before our stay and meeting us for check in. His place is very clean, tasteful and close to the Centro and lots of sights. The apartment is quiet and we had a lovely stay!

Nice place. Good value. Second bedroom was not real bedroom. More like loft for children. Adults cannot stand up in it. We used it for storage. Our bed was hard to sleep on...we got shoulder aches. Great location for walking to main events.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Clean, well-equipped and the host was there to greet us. It was only a 15 min walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar, a 5 min walk or so to Las Setas. Highly recommend!

Alberto was an outstanding host. He began communicating with us even before we arrived in Spain, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He personally welcomed us and took the time to show us around the apartment and explain all its amenities, including the stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and very cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend both the apartment and Alberto as a host.

The apartment is in a great part of town which makes it accessible to many conveniences. It is very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The host is extremely accommodating and pleasant. Parking is close by but it is costly - 27 euros per day. Another thing to note is that the upper bedroom with two twin beds does not have an average height ceiling so adults are not able to stand up fully.

This apartment was very clean, and centrally located. It had everything one could need for a marvelous stay in the heart of Seville, a washing machine with plenty of room to dry our clothes, a dishwasher, a large shower, coffee and a coffeemaker, a refrigerator, and a microwave to heat our leftovers! Above all, it has a charming and responsive host, who went the extra mile to accommodate me; I am allergic to certain laundry detergents, and Alberto expended great effort to locate and purchase hypo-allergenic laundry soap to wash all the linens in before we arrived to ensure I’d be safe and healthy during my stay. Alberto was amazingly helpful at check in, and came to our aid as we left as we’d accidentally locked ourselves OUT of the apartment and INTO the small entry way…with our taxi 5 minutes from arriving!!! (Keys are needed to get in/out of main door, which we knew, but still managed to mess up in the 11th hour!). We would gladly come back and stay for a month here! Excellent coffee and food almost next door at Los Clavelles, and around the corner at El Rinconcillo (both as recommended by Alberto). We also enjoyed a tremendous flamenco show; I had asked for a recommendation and Alberto did some research on our behalf, and suggested Tablao Flamenco Las Setas. This was a phenomenal show! We walked everywhere and fell in love with Seville and the people there. Perfect location, amazing host!
