15 jours au paradis

Un appartement en duplex, déco zen, spacieux, très bien situé, hyper propre et des propriétaires très accueillants (ils nous donnent plein de conseils et de bonnes adresses), chaleureux, confiants et généreux. Les 2 seules petits bémols : pas de WC à l'étage près des chambres et manque un accroche manteaux à l'entrée. Bilan très positif, nous reviendrons, c'est sûr. Bref, location recommandée.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la propriétaire est très gentille et se met à notre disposition, nous donne des conseils sur les endroits à visiter ( marché, cote sauvage...) L'appartement est très bien placé ( au pied des commerces et proche de la plage), grand ( pour une famille avec 3 enfants) et propre. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Appartement idéalement situé, très fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille à La Baule. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, avec une multitude d'informations sur les activités à faire, les bons restaurants de La Baule, les bonnes adresses du marché. L'appartement est impeccable, avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Les chambres sont très bien également. L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre de La Baule. La plage est très proche et on tombe directement sur les commerces (notamment un excellent glacier!) quand on sort de l'appartement.

Superbe sejour

Superbe sejour a La Baule dans un appartement tout confort situe en plein centre ville. Possibilite de se garer et d oublier la voiture car on peut tout faire a pied! Proprietaire a l ecoute et tres charmant. Nous reviendrons!

Helpful Hospitality

We stayed in Annick and Gerard's apartment for 8 nights from 17th August 2015. Our family of two parents, one child and one grandparent enjoyed our holiday immensely, and would go back. We found the location of the apartment, just off the main street of La Baule and 200 metres from the beautiful beach, very convenient, and found both Annick and Gerard very helpful and hospitable with regard to lifts to and from the train station, as well as providing us when asked with some towels and a kettle for the apartment. We had 5 sunny days and 2 wet days. Annick and Gerard cannot control the weather, but if they could, we would have had 7 sunny days!

Perfection

On arrival we were met by Annick and Gerald, who were extremely helpful in every way, showed us all of the nice things to do in the area (which there are many!) and even had some local Cider left for us to enjoy! The apartment was fabulous, perfect four our family of 4 adults and 3 young children. Everything you could want or need is in the apartment. The apartment is also perfectly situated just off the main street of the town with ice cream shop right outside and creperie across the road, as well as the shops, restaurants and bars all along the street.(great atmosphere on this street) Then at the end of the street was the gem of the holiday only about 200m from the apartment was the la Baule beach, 9km long beautiful beach for perfect sunbathing, swimming, safe for kids etc.. There are many things to do here besides the beach though, trips to, salt marches, la Croisic, Nantes (Les Machines), San Nazaire, local markets, La Baule has a beautiful park, Nantes Safari Zoo to name a few. Best holiday we had in years, made all the better by Annick and Garald who were just extremely helpful in every way and were genuinely wanted us to feel that we had a good time! We will be back!

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux Magnolias. Du fait tu magnifique temps, nous sommes surtout restés dehors (heureusement !), mais nous étions très à l'aise, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Annick et Gérard sont très accueillants, arrangeants et présents en cas de besoin. Je recommande !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé en famille (dont 3 enfants) les 15 derniers jours d'aout 2014 dans cette appartement très agréable et surtout idéalement placé : tout se fait à pied. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et en excellent état. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et répondent présents lorsque sollicités. A recommander !!!
