Full size laundry rooms on main floor and second floor, with built in ironing board in main floor laundry. Exercise room in the lower level (walk-out) with new treadmill and weights. HD flat screen tvs throughout the home (7) with most premium DirecTv channels (all movie channels and available sports packages, including NFL Sunday Ticket), Netflix, and Roku. Fully finished theater room with eight (8) leather automatic reclining theater chairs, and a 4D 120 inch projector screen with Blueray (i.e., netflix, Hulu, etc.) in basement.
