There is a Gulf front river with a water slide, a large outdoor pool, a kiddie pool that is perfect for the little ones, a large heated indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, a top-of-the-line exercise facility, lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, covered parking, and more!

Welcome to Paradise in this Gulf front 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo at Phoenix West! Enjoy some of the best views in Orange Beach, AL from the private Gulf side balcony. There is a King in the Master, a Queen in Guest bedroom 1, and 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2. Phoenix West offers some of the best amenities around. There is an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a Gulf front lazy river with slides, hot tubs, saunas, exercise gyms, covered parking, and more!

Condo was nice! Furniture was different than what was shown but preferred what was there over what was shown…issues with microwave buttons would suggest replacing microwave …very impressed with the quick responses..definitely need to bring back up items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Washer and dryer and extra ice maker was very convenient! Would definitely stay again

Everything was perfect. I will say the place needs a really good deap cleaning but other than that it was a perfect week. The property management we worked were so great to work with.

The condo is very spacious and was clean and we like the new sofas. It was our first time visiting Orange Beach and unfortunately we didn't have good weather and we prefer more beachfront restaurants and bars; more places you can walk to. It is a great place for families with beautiful views.

First time staying at Phoenix West. Condo was very nice and the grandkids love the slide and the lazy River. If is close to pretty much everywhere. The only “issue” I had was the vacuum and microwave. The vacuum was hard to push and I don’t think it had been emptied for a while and the microwave you could only use preset times. None of these were really bothersome but probably needs to be checked out! Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises!

Nice clean condominium for vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Dishwasher didn’t work, but the property manager sent someone to fix it shortly after we report. Everything else is very nice.

Phoenix West is a nice place. Condo was well kept. Not a whole lot of extras in the kitchen though. Little aggravating that they charge for parking but that has nothing to do with the individual condo/owner.

Condo and beach was the best ever!

This condo has absolutely the most stunning view with the entire back side being glass. Ocean views while cooking, watching TV or dining. Balcony wonderful. Each bedroom has it’s own full bath and floor plan ensures maximum privacy. Facility beautiful with helpful staff and security visible throughout. Lazy river and beach wonderful, restaurants walkable. Will definitely add this to our list of favs!

Nice place, only thing was floors were dirty and had to be mopped again.

Only issue was the floors had to be mopped again, after we had check in. Everything else was great.

The property and amenities were nice. The location was ok. The cleanliness of the bathrooms were subpar. There a dirty shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, the master shower was filthy. There was black crud in the corners of the shower, the tub dirty, and there was soap scum all over the shower doors and faucets. There was more than enough space for all 9 of us including a 1 year old. It was right on the beach and close to Walmart but kind of far from Foley and downtown OB. Would stay at this building again just probably not this unit. It was also able to accommodate a power wheel chair.

Awesome!

This unit is awesome! Updated, clean, comfy and best location. Lazy river, water slide and separate pool along with a easy walk to a great beach what else do you need. Maybe a hurricane....... if only we weren't evacuated before we could really enjoy the unit.... Will definitely be booking in the future. Only drawback is wifi is awful and no cell service in the condo. We got about 3 min of usable wifi every 10 min.

Location was great

The carpet in the closet was disgusting. There are broken tile on the bar and spakling spots on wall in one of the bathrooms. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything. For 3 days we listened to construction in a nearby unit. The outdoor pool and lazy river were not heated and it was unseasonably chilly during our visit. We were unable to use the tennis court due to construction.
