This is one of five Penthouse Suites we own and operate on the same floor of the building. Explore all of them for options or if traveling with friends and need additional space.
Our two-story Penthouse loft offers 1,722 sq. ft. of luxurious living space and a large deck with outdoor living area and six-person hot tub.
The suite offers:
A spacious upstairs Master Bedroom: Spacious with walk-in closet, large bathroom, and king-sized bed.
Main Floor Bedroom: King-size bed, which can be split into two twin beds upon request. (Please give 48 hours notice or a charge may apply)
Den: Features a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed.
Main Floor: Large bathroom, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, and a spacious living and dining area.
Enjoy your private rooftop patio with a six-person hot tub and a main floor balcony equipped with a BBQ.
We provide complimentary WiFi and access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide, and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.
Additional amenities include two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and the suite including the balcony and patio are a smoke-free environment.
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.
Please be aware this property is not wheelchair accessible, and you will need to use stairs inside the split-level suite. An elevator is available near the underground heated parking spots, making it easy to bring luggage to the room, but the suite itself requires stairs for access to the main floor and second level.
Remember to enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, waterslide, and children`s pool/fountains on the main floor, especially if you`re traveling with children.
Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.
We have an excellent onsite team ready to assist you. If they are unavailable, you can almost always reach us on our cell phone at any time. We also provide a guidebook on Airbnb with recommended activities and restaurants.
Non-emergency support and amenities top-ups are available daily from 11 am to 4 pm.
Canmore is a wonderful town brimming with indoor and outdoor activities! It`s much less touristy and crowded than Banff (just 25 minutes away) and offers, in our opinion, even better restaurants and amenities. Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don`t miss Elevation Place, Canmore`s community center where kids can learn to rock climb with a safe, self-repelling system. We`ve seen children as young as 2 years old climbing there.

The suite includes two heated underground parking stalls conveniently located near the elevator. Taxis are readily available in Canmore.
The main part of town is less than 1 km from your front door via the pedestrian rail crossing, featuring excellent dining and charming small shops.
The building houses an upscale restaurant, The Grande. We have always had fantastic meals there, though the restaurant receives mixed reviews, so we encourage you to check its current status on TripAdvisor.
***Please note that the Techno showers on the main floor are aging, and their continued performance cannot be guaranteed. The shower functions as a regular shower, but the remote and additional features may not always work. The steam function is no longer operational in any of the showers. We are in the process of replacing them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.*** We prefer not to use the term `House Rules`—we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests to help make your stay more enjoyable and to protect our suite:
Please remove shoes while in the home.
Absolutely no animals—unfortunately, pets are prohibited due to severe allergies.
No smoking, not even on balconies or patios, as per the building`s bylaws.
The building has a quiet time starting at 10 PM. Please respect that.
HOT TUB
Please do not bring glassware into the tub. There are plastic glasses available.
Keep the lid on the tub at all times when not in use to maintain heat otherwise the tub may not be warm enough for bathing.
CHECKOUT:
Checkout time is before 11:00 AM. No need to formally check out.
Dishwasher: Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before departure. Your assistance with larger pots is appreciated if used.
Towels: Gather used towels and leave them on the floor in either bathroom.
Recycling: Remove all garbage and recycling from the suite upon departure. Garbage and recycling are located at the top of the Parkade ramp. Only corrugated cardboard and returnable bottles can be recycled in Canmore. Cardboard goes in the green recycling bin, and returnable bottles go in the designated area. Additional cleaning fees will apply for garbage left behind.
If you`re rushed and unable to tidy up, no problem—our cleaning staff can handle it, but an extra cleaning fee will apply per additional hour of effort.
About a week before your arrival, we`ll email you a document with detailed information about checking in, parking, and the suite. Please read through it and contact us with any questions or concerns.

This condo is amazing. The mountain views are incredible and it has everything you need. This is the second time we have stayed and would come back again.
We loved this stay! It was a great property that was very spacious. Having a private hot tub was so convenient for the ski trip. Check in was super easy as well as check out. Will definitely be back!!
Lovely stay at this condo. Plenty of space for 6. Great location for Banff and area attractions. Walkable to Canmore town with lots of good food, bars, shopping. Hosts were very helpful with multiple codes to enter parking and condo. I would stay here again.
Everything for our stay was exactly as described in the listing. Indoor Parking was also a nice perk.

Absolutely wonderful! I came with two other women to celebrate a birthday and the penthouse did not disappoint! Walking distance to shops and restaurants/bars and very safe. My only complaint would be that this resort is very close to the highway and train tracks so having the screen door open made it a little too loud but we still enjoyed our stay nevertheless.
This condo was the perfect base for our ladies weekend away. Lots of space, bedrooms were great, kitchen was well-supplied (even cheese knives!) and everything was very clean. Hot tub was a lovely treat after busy days and easy to manage. Communication was great - lots of emails keeping us informed and ready for the next steps. Would definitely stay again!
This is a beautiful condo in a great location! Beds are very comfortable, and we loved the hot tub! Perfect location for visiting Banff National Park! Restaurants within walking distance.
Everything was excellent with the condo. Loved the pool and private hot tub. It is decorated beautifully, very cozy. Check in process was easy and it was great to have 2 parking stalls underground.
What an AMAZING experience! Excellent communication from beginning to end from the host. The suite was immaculate! We booked this location because a cousin was getting married at Emerald Lake. Other cousins joined us and they gave me repeated hugs as soon as we toured the suite. We all were so excited! Hot tub was perfect and was used all 4 nights. Would definitely recommend AND stay again with this management company should we ever return to Canmore from Texas, USA! Thank you for such a WONDERFUL memory!
Excellent location and communication. Exactly as advertised. Was a great home base with a family and having our own hot tub at the end of a day or in between activities was perfect. Nothing like sitting in a hot tub looking at the mountains with snow falling around you!
We stayed here for our staff Christmas party. The suite was excellent, clean & well kept. The hot tub on our own private patio was sure a nice perk. The Christmas tree in the suite was also a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again
