Iron Mountain Penthouse - World-class Luxury in the Rocky Mountains
The Iron Mountain Penthouse in the Rocky Mountains is the latest addition to our Holiday Home Rentals. It's a brand new 2000 square foot Penthouse with vaulted alder ceilings, incredible views of the Rocky Mountains, Rundle Range and HaLing Peak and Restoration Hardware furnishings. The living room, dining room and enormous 2oo square foot deck all have unobstructed views to the south-west of the breathtaking, jagged Rocky Mountains. The deck has 2 infrared outdoor patio heaters so that you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views all year long! Enjoy the greenery and the sparkle from the pond below that converts to a skating rink in the winter. Take in a communal hot tub after a day hiking, biking or skiing at the Tamarack. Have a look at our Northwood Chalet Whistler, our Driftwood Beach House on the Sunshine Coast and our Mokihana House in Kauai, Hawaii as well; they are all part of our Holiday Home Rentals collection.
You can't beat the location of the Iron Mountain Loft - right below is the Spring Creek Market grocery store which is locally owned as well as the fabulous Brigette Restaurant with an outdoor patio. The City center of Canmore is just a 10-minute walk along the creek path. The vibrant Elevation Place recreation center with a swimming pool, climbing wall and fitness rooms is just a 10-minute walk.
Some of the world's best hiking is found in Kananaskis Provincial Park - all within a 10-20-minute drive. Paddleboard, kayak or raft on the Bow River while surrounded by the most beautiful mountains! Downhill ski at Sunshine, Lake Louise or Norquay for a full Rocky Mountain powder experience with so many sunny days! We absolutely love skiing at Sunshine - such a short drive and it's almost always sunny with spectacular scenery. Cross-country ski trails are also so close - just 10 minutes to the Olympic Nordic ski center with trails for all levels. If you like to get outside, Canmore has everything you want.

We are 2 professionals from Vancouver with 2 young adult children who love the outdoors and to vacation! We have been owning and operating our Holiday Home Rentals in the US and Canada since 2011. We simply love making sure that our guests thoroughly enjoy their vacations at our homes. Most of our guests are extended families with children who love to get together for a special vacation. We understand the importance of creating a warm and comfortable environment for making great family memories and that's what we try to do. Our guests return year after year as they love the amenities and service that we provide. We have over 500 5-Star reviews for our properties because we care a great deal about ensuring that our guests are well taken care of. We have a wonderful team of staff who respond to all of our guests' needs promptly and courteously. We have exceptionally high standards when we travel and we like to provide our guests with what we expect.
Why they chose this property
We purchased the Iron Mountain Penthouse because it's the premier suite in the Tamarack with unobstructed south-west views of the Rocky Mountains. With the pond below and the skating rink in the winter, those views will never disappear! We stayed all around Canmore and chose the Spring Creek area because the neighbourhood is beautifully maintained with professional landscaping, wide boulevards, beautiful rustic buildings and pathways to the town. The Tamarack is one of the few buildings in Spring Creek and Canmore that legally allow vacation rentals. We love walking along the creek to town - it's just 10 minutes away and a beautiful walk.
