About this property

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 2 story townhouse at Village by the Beach. Think of it as resort living with the immaculate furnishings and a resort style pool. Come ashore with us as you enjoy our nautical white washed shabby chic decor. All the amenities a family would need to enjoy the simple pleasures of beach life. Warm cozy furnishings with comfy bedding and crisp white towels. The living room comes with large TV and free high speed WIFI. The sofa pulls out to a nice queen Memory Foam sleeper. Sleeps like you’re in the clouds! The kitchen is family friendly with plenty of bar stools, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of cooking and baking pans.
The main floor has one bedroom with a king bed. The main floor bathroom is conveniently placed between the kitchen and the main floor bedroom. The laundry room is opposite the bathroom.
Head upstairs for the kids cove living quarters. Kids can enjoy an entire floor to themselves, large bathroom and 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and a trundle.

Outside you'll find a nice seating area to lounge while enjoying the salty air. The pool is within view and steps away. The pool is that of a resort with it's own kids cove and lights that change during the night. The kids will love it.

The complex is walking distance to multi areas of the Texas beaches. You are down the road from several bars and restaurants and only minutes from Bob Hall Pier, JP Luby Surf Park and the Packery Channel for fishing. Mustang Island and the National Seashore are about a 15 minute drive in opposite directions so plenty to see and do. The newest addition to the island is the new Schlitterbahn Waterpark which is a 5 minute drive down the road.

Beach within Reach.

We had a great stay at this property and being only about a 2 minute drive to beach was nice. The kitchen was loaded with plenty of supplies, cookware and even some spices. It’s beautifully decorated with Beachy stuff and the beds were very comfortable.

Great beach value

Convenient property within short walking distance of the beach. Our stay here was a good value. The property was competitively priced, nicely appointed, near the pool (but not too near to be bothersome), and the property management was extremely attentive.

We love the beach and wanted a vacation home near beach. This particular townhome complex is brand new, offers one of the most beautiful pools and is walking distance to the Seawall and popular N. Padre beach.
