This 34m² apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator access. It features a spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. In the living room, you\'ll find a retractable sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or moments of relaxation.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and all necessary utensils. The bathroom includes a shower and a hair dryer, ensuring functionality and comfort.
The essential items are provided in an initial quantity for the first nights of your stay.

- you take everything with you;
- the rubbish has been placed in the respective containers outside the building;
- the apartment keys are left on the table;
- the apartment and the building are locked.
Please be careful not to make noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Several lights not working. Poorly equiped. Is written in the site, 'check-in from 16.00, but the person in charge was very busy. I understant, but ultimately is this the guest's problem?

Great Location - Unhealthy property
First, let me start by saying that this place was amazing in terms of location - you could walk anywhere, food options galore, etc. Check-in was amazing - no issues there. It was very well equipped and we were not lacking any household items.
Upon check-in, we noticed that the place was a little worn down compared to the pictures. Not a big deal as we understand that it will never match the pics 100%.
After day 1 I started to notice how dirty the place was - not topically, but deep. The curtains and the walls had mold on them, the bathroom cabinets are peeling, and shower tile grout is black instead of white.
My allergies started going crazy. (I may be slightly sensitive). We contacted the management and they sent someone to clean the next day. It really wasn't enough....the mold was so prominent that a clean would not work.
Truly, the place needs to be updated. New paint, a VERY deep clean, new curtains, etc.
I hope that the next person that stays will have a better overall experience than we did.

However, we're sorry to hear that the property didn't quite meet your expectations in terms of cleanliness and condition. We understand that our photos may not accurately represent the real-life condition of the property, and we apologize for any disappointment this caused.
Regarding the mold on the curtains and walls, we take this very seriously and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We should have caught this earlier and taken action to address it. The bathroom cabinets peeling and the black grout in the shower tile are also not up to our usual standards.
We want to assure you that we're taking immediate action to address these issues. We've scheduled a thorough deep clean and disinfection of the entire property, and we're also planning a renovation to update the bathrooms and replace the curtains. We'll also be inspecting all our properties more closely to prevent this from happening again in the future.
