We have stayed at Sunnyside several times. The cottage is spotlessly clean. Angela has thought of everything it's a real home from home. The location of the cottage is perfect and it has a secure garden for children or dogs to play in.

We had a lovely stay at this holiday cottage. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The garden is beautiful and a great place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The location is excellent: the beach is only a very short walk away, which made it easy to spend plenty of time by the sea. There is also a pub very close by, perfect for a drink or a meal without having to drive anywhere.Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

This cottage is in a perfect location to explore the local area. The added bonus of access cards to Sewerby house, gardens and zoo was a fabulous extra. The cottage was exceptionally clean with everything you need to meet your needs. A fully closed garden ensured our fur baby was safe. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you to the host for the opportunity to access this fabulous cottage.

The cottage is in an excellent location literally 5 minutes from the sea. It’s equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and the 2 lounges have a nice cosy feel. Although the cottage is roadside (not too busy) but it’s secondary glazed so it’s quiet. If you take a dog it’s a nice secure garden. The host provided free passes for Sewerby Hall, which is a really nice touch and well worth a visit. Parking was accessed via a road round the rear of the property and there was plenty of space for 2 cars. From the seafront you can catch the little train to the centre of Bridlington, I’m not sure it runs year round however. Opposite the cottage is a lovely restaurant called the old forge ( booking recommended) we had a very enjoyable meal there. We were left biscuits and wine to enjoy

A great cottage, comfortable, very spacious, spotless, a lovely big fully enclosed garden was a bonus! It’s such a good area, walking distance to beach and parkland. And a couple of good food pubs nearby.
