Our lovely four bedroom family home in a peaceful, quiet location is available to rent. Our house can sleep up to a total of ten guests, with a total of 1940 square feet. Compromising of Four Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms, with additional cloakroom. Only 300m away from the beach and walking distance to local shops and restaurants, the fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently renovated.
Kitchen/Living Area: 280 sq ft with French doors leading to garden and outside dining area, winter veranda.
Bedroom 1: 188 sq ft with WC and King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 108 sq ft with King Size Bed
Bedroom 3: 151 sq ft with King Size Bed
Bedroom 4: 290 sq ft with En-Suite (shower and bath) Queen Size Bed and two twin beds
Linen and towels and included with all rooms.
A table tennis table is located in the garage and you will also have access to four bicycles (two new and one with child seat). Wifi included in the house.

Our second holiday here. Lovely place to stay with easy on street parking outside, a garage to store things and just two streets from the beach. Plenty of room for all the family. Regional market is 50 metres away, with excellent bakeries and patisseries all within 75m distance. Lovely creperie just round the corner. Many local excellent beaches just a short drive away. Would highly recommend.

Spacious, homely and clean. This was the perfect base for the final relaxing week of our family holiday in France. The hosts were welcoming and friendly with helpful recommendations. We like to self-cater (no hardship with the quality of french produce) and it was possibly the best equipped kitchen we have had in a holiday rental abroad. Local markets, independent shops and supermarkets made it easy to eat well at home. The extras that added special value for us: bicycles available for us to borrow and a BBQ. The only thing we would suggest adding to make it even better is perhaps a sunshade for the garden but that is all we could think of! Thank you for your hospitality.

Une maison familiale pour de bonnes vacances

Second séjour dans cette maison de famille très agréable. Très bien située, la proximité du centre ville et de la cote permet de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pieds ou à vélo. La maison est grande et permet à chacun d’avoir ses espaces, et beaucoup de distractions : jeux, barbecue, ping-pong… idéal pour les familles :)

Schönes Haus für erholsamen Urlaub

Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei wunderschöne Wochen verlebt. Stephane hatte uns vorab telefonisch schon etliche Tipps gegeben, und auch die Übergabe des Hauses bei der Anreise war sehr herzlich und informativ. Für uns als Familie mit drei (fast) erwachsenen Kindern war das Haus komfortabel, auch eine sechste Person hätte noch Platz gehabt. Die Bäder waren sauber; Böden und speziell die Küche bzw. dass Esszimmer haben wir gleich nach der Anreise durchgeputzt; danach war es - für unsere gewiss nicht peniblen Ansprüche - halbwegs OK. Vermisst haben wir für diesen Zweck einen Staubsauger oder zumindest eine Kehrschaufel, aber im Urlaub kann man ja improvisieren. A propos vermisst: Einen Fön konnten wir nicht finden. - Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal; alles, was man braucht, ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Meer liegt quasi vor der Haustür, Surfschule und ähnliche Angebote sind vor Ort. Bei den fünf Fahrrädern handelt es sich um funktionstüchtige, einfach ausgestattete Modelle; für längere und sportliche Touren sind sie nicht geeignet, aber für die halb- oder ganzstündige Fahrt zu einem der wunderschönen Strände eignen sie sich allemal - wir haben dieses Extra sehr zu schätzen gewusst! Eine Luftpumpe und Fahrradschlösser sind vorhanden. Ich hatte ein Mini-Set an Fahrradwerkzeug dabei, welches äußerst hilfreich war, um unterwegs mal eine Schraube festzuziehen. In der Garage findet sich zwei Bälle (Tipp: Ballnadel mitnehmen!) und eine sehr gute Tischtennisplatte mit Netz. Schläger und Bälle hatten wir dabei - so stand intensiven Spielen mit einigen denkwürdigen Ballwechseln nichts im Wege. Im Garten steht ein sehr guter Gasgrill zur Nutzung bereit. Erwähnenswert ist, dass es im Haus zwar etliche Kleiderschränke gibt, diese aber aufgrund der privaten Nutzung verschlossen sind. Teilweise lebten wir zwei Wochen aus dem Koffer, was uns jedoch nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Die Internetanbindung war stabil, ich habe maximal 16 MBit/s im Download und 1 MBit/s im Upload gemessen; für uns war's ausreichend. Falls wir mal wieder in diese Gegend reisen, stünde dieses Haus auf jeden Fall auf unserer Wunschliste.

Great property and very enjoyable stay.

We spent a week in this property and throughly enjoyed. Communication ahead of time was very good and the house was as per the description. The house was really clean and very well appointed. It felt like a home from home. Great space outside to enjoy the bbq and there were six good quality bikes available to use . The house is easy walking distance to the beach and the centre of St Brevin. Everything is available within a short walk including a decent size market that comes on Sundays and Thursdays.

Maison idéale et chaleureuse.

Séjour de 15 jours en juillet avec toute la famille dans cette très jolie maison. Idéalement située dans un quartier paisible près des commerces et des plages. On peut oublier sa voiture des vélos sont à disposition. Spacieuse et très bien équipée, nous avons apprécié son joli jardin et sa grande terrasse. La propriétaire est charmante et disponible. Je recommande cette adresse.

Superbe maison spacieuse et charmante, avec un dortoir / SDB à l’étage pour les enfants, plus trois chambres doubles. Équipement très complet, la maison étant habitée par ses propriétaires en dehors des périodes de location. Jardin agréable avec grande table et barbecue au gaz. Excellente localisation, à 100 mètres du centre ville de Saint-Brévin et 300 mètres de la plage. Vraiment hâte d’y retourner !

Les propriétaires sont très acceuillants et au petit soin avec vous. La maison est très grande et propre, elle est située au calme proche de la mer et à quelque pas du centre ville. Elle est bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Quiet house but very central in town, you won't need your car during your holiday, use the bicycles!
Fresh air from the Ocean, plenty of activities for kids and Fabulous place for parents to recharge batteries,
Plenty of great food from the local market (fruits, vegetables, local cheese and fresh Sea food) and plenty of sightseeing around,
