Lovely cottage for an overnight stay in Belper. Perfect spot, close to town and wish we could have stayed longer.
Well equipped property, with lots of extras available too.
Fabulous, comfortable, everything you need, great pubs and eateries on your doorstep, big bedrooms, bathroom and garden. Cosy sitting room with log burner, TV, games. we would definitely stay again.
This property is exactly as listed. The High Street was within walking distance. Communication and check-in were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Stayed here while visiting my mum. Very clean, comfortable accommodation. Pleasantly cool in the heatwave. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would happily come again and stay for longer. Very handy location too.
This was our first experience in a VRBO. It was interesting to stay in a cottage from 1795. Our host had done so many extra touches to make it a comfortable, relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, there was lots of information about things to do in Belper. All in all, a very good experience.
I’m here from California and have always wanted to stay in an old cottage
I was in England Visiting my boyfriend, who lives in Birmingham. I had never been to the Pete district before so he wanted to take me. My job was to find what I’ve always wanted as in accommodations. I’ve always wanted to stay in a little old cottage and yours fit the bill. Thank you so much I’ve brought back to California some wonderful memories.
It's a proper old fashioned cottage, with wooden stairs and beams. We'll equipped kitchen with lots of things in the cupboards for you to use. The bedrooms and bathroom were spacious although the bathroom gets very steamed up as there is no extraction. Very quiet location with plenty of pubs and cafés within easy reach and the train station a few minutes walk away which was ideal as we decided to go to matlock bath and if we had gone in the car, parking would have been next to impossible. We will definitely book again for a long weekend.
