The villa is 1.5 km from the sea and 5 minutes from the town of Menfi, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. Nearby you can visit some of the most important wineries of Sicily and Europe. Absolutely to visit are the beautiful town of Selinunte with its archaeological site (15 km) and the seaside town of Sciacca with its spa facilities (20 km). The building is located in a fenced farmland, with crops of citrus, olive and fruit. Imposing sea pine trees line the driveway to the house closed by an automatic gate. The typical Mediterranean environment makes the stay happy and guarantees a relaxing holiday.
Accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children) and groups. The building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen, a bathroom and a veranda. On the first floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase located in the living room, there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
