Our bright apartment for 1-2 people is located in a very central district of Malaga, from it you can walk to many places of interest (12 minutes walk to Picasso Museum and Cathedral) and you can have access to the parking space under demand.

It is a very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the main street of Malaga, Calle Larios, 15-18 minutes walk from the train and bus station, 7 minutes from the Corte Inglés (main shopping center of Malaga), Just 5 minutes walking from several supermarkets.

The apartment is a duplex apartment, where you will have on the first floor the bathroom with shower and the bedroom. On the ground floor, the kitchen with American kitchen and living room.

The apartment has internet wifi, fiber optic, (speed 50MB), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, ceramic hob and full kitchen ware.

The patio has 30 m2 for private use and enjoy our guests, where you can have dinner or breakfast in it.

The maximum occupancy of this apartment is 2 people without exception.

The apartment is very close to the motorway and you can easily visit Seville 213km, Cordoba 170km, Granada 132km, Ronda 101, Marbella 58km, Frigiliana and Nerja 58km and Antequera 59km.

Fabulous Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. The owners are very friendly and excellent with communication. The apartment is amazing, extremely clean and very comfortable. The added bonus of the outdoor space was perfect. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great host, good location

Pros - free parking, near several mercados (Aldi, Lidl, Dia) within easy walking distance, historic distance only 5-10 minute walkCons - very tight parking space (unfortunately, we were given a larger rental car than what we booked), about a 30 minute walk to beachNeither a pro nor con but not located in a tourist area. Also, be advised that Google Maps is not synced to the current area, so getting to the apartment was difficult the first time as we kept getting directed to turn left where no road existed (used to be one there, but replaced with a park).

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer kleinen Wohnanlage im Zentrum von Malaga, die von außen nicht einsehbar und ohne Schlüssel auch nicht ohne weiteres zugänglich ist. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage kostenlos geparkt werden. Hier ist man mit einem kleineren Auto im Vorteil. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann im Hof der Wohnung gemütlich sitzen. Die Küche ist solide ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Wasserfilteranlage für Trinkwasser. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Días) gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 3 Minuten zu Fuß). Den Stadtkern von Málaga erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Hier kann man sich dann in der quirligen Stadt zwischen unzähligen Gassen, Geschäften und Restaurants treiben lassen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Wir sind durch Zufall auf dieses Juwel aufmerksam geworden. Wir werden diese Wohnung als unsere feste Urlaubswoche in unseren Kalender einsetzten. Sie ist wirklich "nur" für 2 Personen gedacht und das ist auch gut so. 2 Personen sind schon max. ob Dusche oder Küche.

Super schön!

Unser Urlaub startete super, wir wurden herzlich in empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war so, wie wir sie uns vorgstellt haben. Sauber und gemütlich. Für 2 Personen ideal. Einzig die Fahrt in die Tiefgarage (für den PKW Stellplatz) war etwas abenteuerlich. Der Rest des Hauses war auch angenehm ruhig und ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Der Weg in die Stadt dauerte, zu Fuß, ~10 Minuten. Total empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. In der Küche waren alle nötigen Werkzeuge etc. vorhanden. Es wurde nicht übermäßig warm in der Wohnung, wenn man richtig lüftet und die Aussenjalousie schließt. Wir konnten bei 26 - 31* auf die Klimaanlage verzichten. Von Vorteil sind da die Insektengitter, welche es für jedes Fenster gibt. Dadurch kann man nachts die Fenster offen lassen und die Mücken bleiben draussen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, wir haben super geschlafen. Der kleine Hinterhof bekommt nur mittags etwas Sonne. Dadurch ist es dort nicht so heiss und man kann dort gut verweilen. Die Internetverbindung ist top, ich konnte ohne Probleme arbeiten (Videoconferencing, Screensharing etc). Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der Altstadt, man erreicht die meisten interessanten Plätze gut zu Fuß. Es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe und auch viele Bars und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sehr angenehm war auch die Kontaktaufnahme und der Austausch mit dem Host. Die Wohnungsübernahme mit Roberto war unkompliziert. Er hat uns noch ein paar Tipps gegeben zu Malaga. Es war eine sehr angenehme Begegnung. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet und wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Je reviendrais avec plaisir!

Roberto et Félix sont très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions, pour nous donner des conseils (ex: options de transport à notre disposition en arrivant à l'aéroport avec les prix, etc. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, avec beaucoup d'explication sur les environs (ex: épiceries). L'appartement est situé de façon IDÉALE pour accéder à pied au quartier historique, aux trains et métro, épiceries diverses à 2-3 minutes. Bien équipé et fonctionnel également, terrasse très grande. En gros, allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Ideal, wenn man mit den Spaniern mitleben und nicht Tourist sein will

Wann: ersten zwei Wochen im April Auto: nein Temperatur: zwischen 17-22 Grad (klasse zum Erkunden) der Tag: morgens einkaufen in der Markthalle (7 min.), dann in der schönen Wohnung 2 Stunden lelaxen. Zu Fuß in die Stadt (8 Min.), zu Mittag Tapas essen (dort wo die Einheimischen hingehen) und danach in die vielen Museen, Ausstellungen, ans Meer und den Hafen. Abends zu Hause den frischen Fisch, das Fleisch u.v.m. zubereiten und bei einer Flasche gekühltem Cava auf der Terrasse genießen. Dazu über You Tube (WLan ist sehr gut) spanische Musik - geht nicht besser. Lage: sensationell zentral - aber die Wohung ruhig Wohnung: abgeschlossene Wohnanlage, ruhig, zentral, schöne Aufteilung - oben Bad (mit Tageslicht) und Schlafzimmer mit einem schönen Doppelbett - unten Küche (toller Herd und Kühlschrank mit großzügigem Gefrierteil) und Wohnbereich (falls es mal regnet sehr gemütlich). Dazu noch Außenterrasse zum Frühstücken und was weiß ich. Ziele: Corte d'Ingles (Kaufhaus wie KaDeWe/ 4min.), tolle Dachterrasse mit Restaurants Meer (20 min.) - Fisch vom Grill, spazieren am Strand, Hafen ansehen Picasso-Museum und Geburtshaus Thyssen-Museum etc. (alles ca. 15 min.) Taxistand vor der Türe nette Vermieter: auch erreichbar! Günstig: Fisch einheimische Lebensmittel Obst und Gemüse gutes Fleisch Wein & Cava für daheim einheimisch essen gehen Ausflüge: haben Tagesausflug mit Bus und Schiff nach Tanger gemacht - ein Erlebnis. Man erlebt Mentalität, Farbepracht und eine andere Welt, trotz touristischer Einbrüche Wir waren zu zweit und überrascht, dass wir die Stadt fast nur mit den Spaniern teilen mussten - wir würden jederzeit (außer in der Saison) wiederkommen.
