Beautiful Languedoc Villa in historic Minervois Village
Villa Alarelle is our luxury six bedroom Villa built in 2005 set in 4000m2 of landscaped gardens with pool and tennis court within the historic hillside Village of Montouliers in Herault, Languedoc, France available for rental exclusively between mid-June and mid-September for parties of up to 12 in number (plus a cot).
It is surrounded by the vineyards of the Minervois and St.Chinian but is only a 30 minutes drive to the Mediterranean coast and approximately 20km to each of the regional centres at Narbonne and Beziers and approximately an hour’s drive away from each of the cities of Montpellier, Perpignan and Carcassonne.
There are many local services including restaurants, bakers, supermarkets, doctors and dentists all within a 10km radius of the Villa in the local villages and small towns such as Capestang which also service the Canal du Midi which flows through the area. The village of Montouliers itself has a village store/cafe providing milk, bread, wine and general provisions every morning (other than monday) and also during the late afternoon/evening in the summer months.
The Villa’s 6 bedrooms are split into 2 double bedrooms with en suites, and 4 twin bedrooms with 2 further bath/shower rooms. There is also an additional cloakroom.
The main kitchen is fully equipped with an american syle fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher and the dining area provides seating for 12. There is also an ample lounge area with a 42 inch plasma TV. The Villa is also connected to Orange.Fr broadband internet and wi-fi is available for the benefit of our visitors.
A separate laundry room has two large washing machines available for use.
Outside, in the landscaped gardens, there is a heated 12.5 metre pool and a competition standard private tennis court. There is also seating for 12 to dine outside plus a large number of sun loungers and a Weber barbecue.
All linen and towels are provided for visiting guests and a cot and highchair is available for any babies who stay at the Villa.
Please note that during the period June to September, the start date for a rental can only be on a Saturday.
