Large volumes and refined decoration for this beautiful house entirely air conditioned, ideal for large family or group of friends wishing to spend varied holidays, in a friendly and warm. 3 living rooms, one with fireplace, dining room of 40 m2 whose walls are decorated by works of regional artists, 40 m2 kitchen with semi-professional piano and American fridge; park of 2000m2. This haven of peace, ideally located compared to the centers of interest of the area, develops on 2500m2, divided between courtyard, terraces, lawn, park, swimming pool of 6x12m secure, playroom of 80m2 with ping-pong, pool- house with double barbecue, wc, shower and bowling.

Hébergement superbe pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très bien équipé,intérieur spacieux et grand extérieur.nous avons fêté les 30ans de ma compagne le temps d’un week-end, nous nous sommes régalés. J’imagine que le logement doit être encore plus agréable l’été avec l’espace piscine.

La maison est belle, grande et bien équipée, tout à fait adaptée à un grand groupe comme le nôtre. L'extérieur est très bien, mention spéciale pour le "coin piscine" qui est particulièrement agréable ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et les relations avec l'hôte et la personne qui nous a accueilli ont été très fluides.

Superbe demeure, tres bon séjour en famille (17 dont 2 enfants en bas âge). Espace piscine sécurisé et vraiment très agréable.Cuisine équipée d'un frigo américain et d'une chambre froide, un vrai plus. Immense terrasse etc...Je vous conseille le bien

La maison est tres efficace pour 20 personnes: nombres de chambre et de salles de bain, taille de la piscine, les nombreux endroit pour prendre les diner, les nombreux feigos. Je recommande cette maison.

Belle demeure mais négligence ménage

nous étions 20 personnes, nous partons souvent pour des week-ends en arrivant nous avons aimé cette belle et grande demeure. Tres belles chambres , beaucoup d’espace on ne se marche pas dessus à 20 mais bémol on a eu froid, pas de couettes simples couvertures De plus le ménage n’a pas été fait depuis des mois poussières, toile d’araignée, cuisine très sale, je ne vous dis pas l’état des frigos!!! Les matelas tachés Quand nous avons rendus les clés je l’ai dit à la personne qui s’occupe de réceptionner la maison elle m’a dit vous n’avez cas voir avec la proprio Cette personne a été très désagréable Dommage on n’y retournera pas

Un week-end entre ami réussi

Quel très bon week-end nous avons passé. La maison est superbe, la décoration de bon goût. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr l’été pour profiter de la piscine et son très bel espace.

Mauvais accueil et services médiocres

Accueil et communication terribles avec les propriétaires/administrateurs. On se sent mal traité. Les salles de bains ne sont pas complètes. Distribution chaotique des toilettes et des douches partout dans la maison. Il n'y avait pratiquement pas de papier toilette et il n'y avait pas de détergent à vaisselle disponible (ni pour laver à la main ni pour lave-vaisselle). Il y avait une fuite d'eau d'une douche dans la chambre en dessous. Il serait souhaitable d'avoir un plan de la maison parce que la distribution est chaotique.

Propriété calme avec grande capacité d'accueil

La propriété est conforme aux photos. La maison est chaleureuse, pratique. Le parking un peu petit pour les voitures. Le linge de lit et le linge de toilette sont fournis, les lits sont faits, c'est un véritable plus. La cheminée était en état de marche et tout était prêt pour une flambée avec une bouteille de vin offerte. Dommage que l'accueil sur place autant pour l'arrivée que pour le départ soit froid voir glacial pour l'état des lieux du départ.

Disappointing

Although this could be a beautiful house, it is not represented by the photographs. The house is in need of substantive refurbishment. I believe the photographs are many years old. The gardens are now so overgrown and a dumping ground for garden rubbish. The pool is very nice but the plants in tubs are all dead. The pool would benefit from more regular cleaning. The seating area is very nice. The chairs on the patio outside of the house are dangerous due to broken metal bases. The inside of the house has lovely character and lots of space. However, not all of the toilets work and there was a regular blockage in the showers which required a drain blockage liquid two or three times during our stay. The showers were not as fresh as I would like. All of the bathrooms need refurbishment and maintenance. The kitchen is very roomy but again needs refurbishment. Wobbly table legs, wobbly chairs feel a little unsafe. The oven was difficult to use as the controls are so worn you cannot work out temperatures or programs. The owner did respond very quickly and marked the oven with felt tip pen so that we could use it. We did have to complain about a dog entering the property. This belonged to a neighbouring property where the owner was using the entrance to this property and leaving his gate open. There seemed to be another way the dog entered but we were unable to find it. The owner did say that this should not be happening but it continued to the end of our holiday. We were concerned about this as there were young children in our group. In summary this house has such potential but in real need of a complete refurbishment.

Super location pour regroupement de familles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous étions 20 et nous ne nous sommes pas marché dessus. Le coin piscine est fantastique. Pas grand chose à faire dans le coin par contre mais la maison se suffit à elle-même.

Top pour un séjour à la cool mais dommage car domaine mal entretenu et annonce pas récente

Positif : La maison est grande et bien agencée. L'espace piscine est super agréable. Les enfants ont beaucoup d’espace pour jouer et courir. Il y a beaucoup de chambres et salles de bain. La literie est très bien : bon matelas, bon draps. L'accueil et le départ sont bien organisés. J'avais oublié des affaires au domaine et la personne qui gère les entrées/sorties et le ménage a été très sympa pour les retrouver et qu'on repasse les chercher. Parfait pour un séjour à la cool. Négatif : Pour les voyageurs plus exigeants, c'est un peu décevant. Les photos de l'annonce ne sont pas récentes. L'ensemble donne une impression de domaine pas assez entretenu. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Les détecteurs de fumée sont majoritairement absents (seulement le socle) ou sans pile. Certaines chambres n’ont pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants. Les lumières à l’extérieur ne marchaient pas. Dans une des chambres, 3 ampoules ne marchaient pas. Un des propriétaires habite juste à côté, avec un passage toujours ouvert entre sa propriété et celle-ci. Ses deux chiens nous ont fait plusieurs visites. Un voisin accède à l’espace piscine par un portail grillagé et l’a utilisé plusieurs fois pour traverser la propriété.

Charmante woning met heel veel plaats

Een hele goede woning. Wij zijn daar vorige zomer 2016 geweest met 8 volwassenen en 7 kindjes. Plaats en uitrusting meer dan genoeg. Ook het afgesloten zwembad is zeker nog een pluspunt. Als je in het huis logeert, vraag de eigenaar zeker om een winetasting. Zeer goede, leuke uitleg en een zeer goede wijn! Jammer dat het zover is, anders kwam ik zeker nog een paar flessen halen! :-)

Conforme à la description, cette maison est pleine de charme et très confortable. Maison très propre, linge de lit et toilette très agréable.Piscine ultra-sécurisée.Cuisine très complète.
