Villa is detached and equipped with high quality furnishings and modern technology. It offers on 390 sq metres accommodation for up to 14 people.
The villa has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and hand basin. Two of the bedrooms have additional Jacuzzi. 5 bedrooms have direct access to the sea-facing terraces or balconies.

On the first floor is a home cinema equipped with a flat screen TV and speaker system. A PlayStation is available.

An open plan ground floor contains a designer kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances.

The living area features a cozy seating area and a dining table up to 14 people for relaxing moments. A fireplace on cooler days of autumn or spring for heat and a large flat screen TV for entertainment.

The pool terrace is partly covered; in the rear patio area is a fireplace grill. The swimming pool includes a 'swim against the current machine' and pool heating is available at an additional cost (upon request).

Entrance level:

•    Swimming Pool & Pool Terrace. French windows open from the sitting room and kitchen onto the spacious terrace. with shaded dining area, barbecue, the pool is heated by a solar system and has a counter current system. The views from here are, of course, quite superb.
•    Sitting Room. The front door opens into a large open-plan sitting room and dining area with picture windows that provide dramatic views across the bay.
•    Kitchen. Fully fitted-kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, refrigerator
•    Utility Room: There is a large utility room at ground floor with automatic washing machine, drying machine, ironing board and iron.

First floor:
•    Bedroom 1 - Master Double with en-suite bathroom. A spacious room with large double bed
•    Bedroom 2 - Double with en-suite bathroom. A spacious room with large double bed
•    Bedroom 3 - cinema room, with  L-shape sofa bed – 1 to 2 sleeps

Second Floor:
•    Bedroom 4 - double bed bedroom, but can be converted into 2 single beds – 2 sleeps
•    Bedroom 5 - Large Twin with en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom has twin beds and room for an additional single bed
•    Bedroom 6 - Double with en-suite bathroom. A spacious room with large double bed
Third Floor:

All of the bedrooms include air conditioning and sliding mosquito net terrace doors.  7 Bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and hand basin. Two of the master bedrooms have additional Jacuzzi. 1 Separate WC at the ground floor.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our  house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
