Magnificent house with pool in the Pyrenees

Large rural house located in an agricultural and livestock farm, at 1000 m altitude, 15 km from the ski resort of Port del Comte, and 125 km from Barcelona. Very quiet place, with great panoramic views, ideal for families with children.
It consists of two independent accommodations, each for 4/6 people with a living room, two bedrooms with full bathroom in each, and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
Large outdoor spaces with a large meadow, and barbecue with garden furniture. Large 12 x 5 meter pool with area for small children.

Wunderschönes Ziel für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der Pool wurde besonders von unseren Kindern genossen, das rundum gepflegte Haus mit Garten hat uns Eltern erfreut, viel Fläche zum Spielen war vorhanden, ungestörte Ruhe zum Erholen und zwei wunderbare Gastgeber, die uns nicht nur regelmäßig mit Salat und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgten, sondern auch sonst mit freundlicher Art alle Wünsche und Fragen beantworteten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Topvakantie in rustige omgeving

Via een landweggetje kom je tot aan het super-rustige verblijf dat uit 2 appartementen en een huisje bestaat. Het zwembad is groot en enorm leuk voor de kinderen om in te vertoeven. Joan geeft je met veel plezier tips om te gaan doen in de omgeving en kuist de BBQ voor je, Fina bezorgt je groentjes uit de eigen moestuin (en leert je met de Spaanse taal te leren ;-) ). Het huisje zelf is enorm groot en heeft alle comfort. We bezochten in de buurt Pont del Clop, een riviertje waar je te voet in het water naar boven kan (het kan wel wat te fris worden voor echt kleine kinderen). Voor onze kinderen het hoogtepunt van de vakantie! Verder bezochten we ook de zoo del pirineu, Solsona, San Lorenç de Morunys en Mirador de la Crue del Codo, een voor een toffe uitstappen. Voor ons was het een van de tofste adresjes waar we ooit al verbleven en echt een aanrader als je van een rustige omgeving houdt!

vacances merveilleuses

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse chez Fina et Joan. Ils sont plein d'attentions : ils nous ont offert les légumes de leur jardin, ils nous ont conseillés des itinéraires de randonnées.... en un mot, ils sont formidables. Nous avons loué dans de nombreux gites mais nous n'avons jamais rencontré de propriétaires aussi gentils. Le gîte et la propriété sont très spacieux et bien pensés. La nature et l'espace sont partout ce qui est parfait pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Si vous voulez passer des vacances paisibles en pleine nature nous vous conseillons vivement cette grande propriété dans les pyrénées espagnoles.

Magnifique! Espace et tranquillité.

Nous confirmons et sommes entièrement d'accord avec les avis précédents. Nos 2 semaines de vacances dans votre maison étaient paradisiaques! Nous avions de l'espace partout: dans l'appartement super équipé, autour de la grande piscine et dans le jardin. Le coin BBQ est très pratiques, surtout qu'il y en a un par famille. Les légumes du jardin sont excellents! Les possibilités de balades sont nombreuses: Rivière à remonter les pieds dans l'eau, vélo autour du lac et nage dans son eau couleur émeraude. Sensation d'espace garantie! Les paysages et la nature sont magnifique! Merci Fina, Joan et aussi Joachim ;-) pour toutes les informations et gentilles attentions. Parler avec vous fut un vrai plaisir et nous a donné l'envie d'apprendre le catalan. Merci beaucoup!

mooi, proper en rustig huis met warme eigenaars

We verbleven in een woning op 50m van het hoofdverblijf in een zéér proper en comfortabel huisje. We genoten van de uitzichten en konden met de kids naar hartelust spelen in de privétuin, gedeeld zwembad en BBQ zoveel we wilden. Joan kuiste de BBQ en leverde ons lekkere verse kruiden en verse groentjes die hij speciaal voor ons ging plukken. Niets was teveel voor de lieve eigenaars en altijd stonden ze klaar met de glimlach. Op onze vraag om een waaier werd dezelfde dag nog een nieuwe in de verpakking geleverd door Joaquin, de immer vriendelijke tuinman. Aan het mooie propere zwembad met zoute water was het heerlijke vertoeven Deze mensen doen dit met hart en ziel. Als wij nog eens naar Spanje gaan komen wij zeker terug naar dit adres. Zo zou een gastenverblijf er altijd móeten uitzienen gerund worden! Dank je Joan en Josefina voor de super vakantie die we bij jullie mochten doorbrengen.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Ferienhaus bei Solsona

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Entfernung von ca. 1h 30 min von Barcelona in den Ausläufern der Pyrenäen in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage. Im Haus befinden sich 2 sehr großzügige Ferienwohnungen mit separaten Eingängen und eigenen Grillplätzen. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Gelände noch ein separates Ferienhaus, eine kleine Kapelle und einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool. Alles ist sehr großzügig und liebevoll angelegt, perfekt sauber und sehr gepflegt. Joan und Josefina sind sehr sympathisch und versorgen die Gäste mit Informationen über die Gegend und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Gegend liegt abseits der Touristenströme, sehr ruhig, ursprünglich und wunderschön. Die Highlights der Umgebung (Umkreis 25 km) sind Solsona (mittelalterliche Stadt, Freitags großer Markt, mehrere große Supermärkte), Olius (schöne Kirche und sehenswerter Jugendstil-Friedhof), Val de Lord (schöne Wanderungen, Aussichspunkte, Stausee mit smaragdgrünem Wasser), Pont del Clop (Baden und Klettern im Canyon). Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, sonst kommt man sicher gar nicht hin. Wir waren 1 Woche mit unseren 2 Jungs da, die vor allem den Pool (kein Chlor, sondern leicht salziges Wasser - sehr angenehm !) und die große Wiese zum Fußballspielen genossen haben. Magnífica estada a Vilanova D'Isanta

Ens agrada molt fer estades familiars a cases rurals de Catalunya. A Vilanova d'Isanta era la primera vegada que veniem i repetirem. L'estada ha estat magnífica. Ens han acollit i tractat molt bé. La dedicació tan de la Fina i el Joan ha estat exel•lent! És d'agraír trobar uns massovers com vosaltres. La casa, ubicació i activitats a fer són moltes i molt adients. També vem tenir la sort de conèixer el Quim... Un crack! Marc, Martina, Uri, Glòria i Oriol! Moltes gràcies per tot i fins la propera

Fijn vakantiehuisje in prachtige omgeving

We hadden een hele fijne week in het vakantiehuisje bij Joan en Fina. Het huisje is superrustig gelegen, was heel erg proper en alles was piekfijn in orde. Fina en Joan zijn heel vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. Joan spreekt perfect Engels waardoor de communicatie zeer vlot verliep. Hij gaf ons op vraag allerlei tips over wat we in de omgeving konden bezoeken en ondernemen. En last but not least : we kregen zomaar lekkere zelfgekweekte groenten uit hun grote moestuin. Een echte aanrader voor wie van een rustige omgeving houdt!

Parfait!

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Vilanova d'isanta. Joan et Josefina nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement, entre les légumes du potager offerts et les discussions qui nous ont beaucoup apporté. La région est très belle, très calme et Joan nous a conseillé beaucoup de beaux endroits. Le gîte est situé au calme dans un cadre merveilleux, ils disposent de tout le confort et nos hôtes ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour relaxant. La piscine est superbe, et bénéficie d'une vue ouverte sur les alentours. On n'oubliera pas nos vacances en Catalogne!

Magnifique !

La maison est spacieuse, d'une propreté impeccable et très bien aménagée. Toute la propriété est très bien entretenue: piscine magnifique, espace barbecue avec table et bancs, petit bois et évier, jardins soignés. Deux salles de bain, deux grandes chambres et un espace de vie très spacieux et lumineux. Toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de volets et de moustiquaires. Les propriétaires ont eu de gentilles petites attentions: salades et légumes frais offerts chaque jour, linge de maison changé chaque semaine, conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région et aide précieuse en téléphonant pour des réservations. Possibilité de faire de chouettes activités sportives aux alentours: kayak, accrobranche, randonnées, parapente. Paysages magnifiques et sympathiques petits villages à proximité. Je vous recommande vivement cette location si vous aimez le calme et la nature.

a Paradis

Our family of total 5 enjoyed this remote & rural site a lot. The 3 kids were 10, 15 and 17 years old and enjoyed the pool but also the hiking and biking in the area. The Sagrada Familia in Barcelona is not a real must...so many other things are more interesting and closer by. For instance, the castle of Lladurs, the falconry zoo del pirineu and nearby national parks and viewpoints are a real must. Bring your climbing equipment, beautiful sites are nearby. The second apartment was separated, in the same house, and our friends stayed there during the same 2 weeks. An ideal get-together. What would we do different? The biking rental in Solsona was difficult - and 7 flat tires for 7 bikes in a week was too much. Bring your own bike or go hiking ;-) What would we redo? All advice given by Fina i Joan were to the point and useful for our situation. Other highlights; The canyon of Mont Rebei. Take the north entrance and bring teenagers with swimsuits along! We rarely go back to the same vacation location - but we will make an exception for this paradis! Thank you Fina, Joan i Joachim for the hospitality.

Superb geography and wildlife. Great for hiking.

Four of us stayed for a week in September. In addition to taking full advantage of the lovely pool and other facilities we were able to investigate the promising local hiking possibilities. With the help of our very knowledgeable hosts Joan and Fina, who provided us with excellent maps and detailed advice, we were able to experience the stunning geography and wildlife of the area. After a day in the hills it was great to come back to the comfort and tranquillity of Vilanova. For a meal out we enjoyed local fare at the nearby restaurant 'Cap del Pla'. Your hosts will gladly phone to book you a table. The historic city of Solsona is just a short drive away and we spent most of a day exploring the nicely restored buildings dating back to the middle ages. There are also modern shops, a supermarket and very nice restaurants and cafes. For us the most notable thing about our stay at Vilanova d'Isanta was the hospitality of Joan and Fina. We will definitely return.

Fantastische vakantie in een heerlijke omgeving

We hebben hier twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht. De omgeving is schitterend, het weer was mooi. Het appartement zelf is echt perfect; ruim, met alles wat je nodig hebt (elke slaapkamer zelfs een eigen badkamer). Erg lekker om een zwembad voor de deur te hebben, en je eigen BBQ plaats. En de gastvrijheid van Joan en Fina kent bijna geen grenzen. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen te maken. Joan gaf heel goede suggesties. Een trip naar Montserrat is de moeite waard (erg toeristisch, maar toch erg leuk). En Barcelona is ook best goed te doen vanaf hier (en dan vertelt Joan je wel waar je het best kan parkeren, weet leuke restaurants, en vertelt je hoe je aan kaarten voor de Sagrada Familia komt zonder in de rij te hoeven staan). We komen hier zeker terug :-)

Fabulous Place in the Pre-Pyrenees

Our family of four (children 4 & 6) spent two weeks at Joan and Fina's fabulous place near Solsona. Situated in the hills it is a wonderful house and the owner's couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and we had a very relaxing fortnight swimming in the pool, eating on the terrace and exploring the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to unwind in an unspoilt and genuine part of Spain. For sure, we will return.

Magnifique séjour

Avec nos deux enfants (4 et 7 ans), nous avons passé une semaine splendide et très reposante dans cette région magnifique, propice à de petites balades, mais aussi à de plus longues avec de très beaux points de vue. L'ensemble de la propriété est impeccable, tenu avec un grand soin. La piscine est parfaitement sûre pour les petits, tout comme le jardin et nos filles ont amplement profité du magnifique terrain de jeu qu'était la propriété, et en particulier de l'incroyable pelouse ! Merci à Juan et Fina pour leur gentillesse.

Perfect holidays

A magic place in a wonderful countryside. House, garden and pool are kept perfectly . We felt more than like home! We went hiking in the nearby mountains and spent the afternoons at the pool - a perfect combination. Joan and Fina, thanks for this wonderful week and the delicous salat.
