Nice little object

Besides from the pool getting a bit green I had the perfect stay. Pool issue was resolved quickly, pool guys were quite nice :)

Tolle Location für einen Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt! Die Strände von Riumar sind sehr schön und mich überlaufen. Der Kontakt mit der Oleamar war von Anfang an problemlos. Das Haus ist groß genug für eine 4-köpfige Familie + Hund und die Möbel ganz in Ordnung. Uns hat aber die Menge von Geschirr in der Küche gestört. Trotzdem würden wir es noch mal buchen!

Quiet out of season, but a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice property and enjoyable stay. We stayed out of season in November. Riumar was very quiet at this time and the local supermarket remained shut during our stay. We had transport so it was easy for us to drive to Deltebre where there is a good range of supermarkets. We also travelled to Barcelona by train from L'Aldea/Amposta which was easy and relatively cheap. Our stay was cosy with a log fire daily (wood available from the host for €5). The accommodation was clean and tidy with good wifi. It is relatively basic but comfortable. The pool is small but ideal for a cooling dip in summer (bit chilly in November). The host was helpful and available although spoke limited English. We managed to communicate with our limited Spanish. Overall a nice stay and lovely and quiet out of season.

Je recommande cette villa

Villa idéal pour un séjour en famille. Nettoyage piscine systématique et c’est agréable de savoir que nos enfants nagent dans le l’eau nettoyée et filtrée tous les jours et presque toute la journée. Le seul inconvénient c’est la présence de moustiques mais quand on s’y est préparé ça devrait aller. Restauration proche ainsi que les supermarchés pour les provisions. Et ne faut pas oublier que la villa se trouve à 5mn à pieds de la belle plage (aucun soucis pour se stationner au bord de la plage) pratiquement les pieds dans l’eau avec la voiture. On a passé un très bon séjour malgré la présence des moustiques.

Super propriété pour des vacances en famille

La propriété est bien équipée, l’etat de la maison à notre arrivé était satisfaisante. La piscine est superbe. Je vous conseille de prendre l’option climatisation si vous louez en été car il fait très chaud et humide. Le seul hic étant qu’il y a un peu de vis à visiter avec la villa voisine. (Celle que l’on voit à gauche de la propriété) sinon Riumar est vraiment superbe comme village pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. Tout est à proximité, pas de problème pour garer sa voiture. La plage est sauvage et sympa. En bref nous recommandons et espérons y retourner dans Le futur.
