This bright 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for a vacation in Madrid with your family or friends. Located in the famous neighborhood of Malasaña and very close to the Gran Vía, you will have a privileged location in the capital. In its surroundings you will find a wide range of entertainment, stores and exquisite restaurants, and you can walk to the main tourist attractions. You will discover buildings that you will fall in love with, and the excellent atmosphere at any time of the day will surely make you want to extend your stay a few more days.

The apartment is excellently communicated to just 5 min from Callao subway and different bus lines, and less than 10 min from Sol suburban station (Train, Metro), you will also be only 2 min from Carrefour Express.



The apartment has three bedrooms, equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed with viscoelastic mattresses, the stay is united in a bright and spacious living room with double sofa bed with Italian system, fully equipped kitchenette with utensils and appliances to complement the stay, has two bathrooms with shower. It has different elements that will make your stay even more comfortable, such as heating with individual gas boiler, WiFi network, flat screen TV.

Bien por ubicación, pero el estado mejorable

Nos volvemos con una sensación mediocre. Para empezar, tuvimos un fallo en la reserva (culpa nuestra, no de la web), y nos vemos en la calle un día antes. Tras asegurarnos que nos ayudarían de alguna forma, finalmente nos confirman con un mensaje escaso que no pueden hacer nada por nosotros, que contactemos si tenemos cualquier otra duda (esperábamos al menos una llamada, ya que estábamos un poco desesperados). Esto por parte de Alterhome, que es la empresa que gestiona la vivienda actualmente. Por lo demás, buen servicio a la hora de informar. Aparte de esto, que es ajeno al servicio que presta Vrbo, el apartamento parece por las fotos en mucho mejor estado del que está. Las paredes están bastante sucias, el sofá también, los colchones desgastados (sientes el somier en la espalda, excepto en una de las camas) y olor a tuberías. Por lo demás, baños limpios, toallas y sábanas también. Ubicación muy céntrica. Acceso muy bien gestionado (llave digital). No creo que repitamos.

Lamento que el piso no cumpliera con las expectativas iniciales y que el sofá no fuera del todo cómodo. Tendremos en cuenta todo esto para poder prestar un servicio de calidad.
