Perfect for big family , Perfect location, everything is within walking distance( metro, punta del sol, gran via, palacio, plaza mayor etc). Hosts are very responsive, easy check-in. Since we are a big group we did run out of hot water as everyone wanted to shower at the same time, other than that everything was great. Host had an issue with previous client checking out late and came to an unclean unit, staff came to greet us and explain situation and allowed us to leave our luggage while they are cleaning unit. Staff stayed while unit being cleaned. Overall stay was great.
