The golf cart was so convenient for getting around. The property and pool were wonderful. The house was warm I’m not sure the air is keeping up but luckily it was only in the 70s while we stayed. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic House

We had a great stay at this property. The house was wonderful and location was perfect. My kids loved the pool. We could easily walk to the beach and restaurants which was great. The home was very clean and well maintained We would definitely return to this property.

Best beach rental

This house is cleaner, prettier and more expansive than the pictures show! The neighborhood entrance is right across the street from the beach access road. This is the best, easiest spot to stay and access the beach! Will stay here again when we come back!

Great beach home!

We loved our stay, we had 11 in our group and had plenty of space. The house is nice and well thought out. The location is perfect and the golf cart was icing on the cake! The management is extremely helpful and responsive which made it that much better when issues do arise. We’ll be back!

Wonderful house in a great location!

We just spent July 4 week at this home. There were 11 people in our group ranging in age from 10 to 50. It was absolutely great! We loved the house, the pool and the location. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. There was a golf cart and bikes for our use. The finishes in the home were great and everyone was very pleased with their accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.!

Beautiful house

The property is very nice and the house is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and the owners really think about all that is needed. We did have issues with the pool not being heated upon arrival and soon found out that there was a broken pump. Our stay was over Thanksgiving so we needed a heated pool to enjoy a pool and had three kids who wanted pool time. Pump was finally fixed after a few days. The pool heating charge was reimbursed for the week. Another note is that there is a house being built next door so there isn’t much peaceful quite on the patios or the pool deck. Overall great place though.

Beautiful home needs help!

Beautiful pool home but it has issues. The pool is nice and large and the heater works great, however the skimmer does not keep the leaves and the bugs off the surface. The surrounding coping was loose in 2 spots but maintenance glued them down. The bathrooms all lacked towel bars and hand towel holders. The tv's in the home were large and nice but someone logged into Netflix and lock the account so no one could log in from any device! The Sonos sound system was throughout the home but no directions how to use it. Had to download the app to make any sound adjustments. Kitchen needed everyday glassware which housekeeping attempted to supply. For a house with 5 bedrooms the two slice toaster is a little weird. The clothes iron was cracked and unusable. The beds were all comfortable and there were plenty of towels for bathing and for the pool but no dish towels. The bikes were a great bonus as was the 6 passenger golf cart! All in all our family of 8 had a great week gathering for our 40th anniversary but for the price things could have been better!

Jewel in Seaside

This house was the best we've ever rented. It's gorgeous and has everything you need. It includes Golf cart with easy access to everything. We never moved our cars, so if you are flying in, you will only need transportation to/from the airport and your set! The private pool was the best. The kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. Also, an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Great location!! Beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back if it's not already booked.

Perfect family rental

Nice new build with a great pool and grill. Big enough to accommodate 3 families under one roof. Less than 5 min. walk to beach (less than 1 min. in golf cart). Walkable or bike able to Seaside. Short drive to Alys and Rosemary. Overall -- fantastic rental. Would look forward to staying again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have 4 young kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the bunk room, swimming pool, and all the pool and beach toys. It is a short walk to the beach and fun little bike ride to Seaside. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Labor Day Getaway

This property was extremely clean and nice. Everyone bragged about how great it was and the swimming pool out back was the cherry on top. Every room has its own bathroom which is a huge plus. All the extra stuff like the golf cart and bike are easy to access and come with clear instructions. Communication with the property manager is almost too easy and really makes your stay that much better. Great location and I will be bringing my family back next year!

Wonderful Home

A perfect home for our family of 6 adults and 4 children under 4 years old. The home was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, grill, bikes and golf cart. The owner's personal golf cart was not available, however Sanders Rental supplied a cart which worked out beautifully. Minutes from the beach and very close to Seaside. A wonderful family vacation.

Perfect house! Layout, location, furnishings!

This house is just gorgeous! So beautiful and so functional! The layout was perfect for our big group - big great room and kitchen with screen-in porch just outside was a great size for us all to hang out together. We even did big group circuit training there! Pool was lovely and warm. Could've used a few more pool chairs but we used our beach chairs when needed. Location was great! Walk to the beach was quick and easy. But off the main drag enough that it was quiet. Nice having the golf cart, although would've been nice to have one that seated more than 4 people. Bikes were great too! We brought our kids' bikes and we had plenty to go around. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home and location!

We loved every minute of our stay here. Big house was able to accommodate all 3 families who stayed with space to spare. Home was very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Being walking distance to the beach was great, but we loved having the bikes and golf cart to use. Can't recommend this home enough, we are already looking at booking our next trip here.
