300 m from the sea, ideal house for family or 2 couples. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, WC. Upstairs: bathroom, separate toilet, living room and 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160 cm bed and 1 with a 140 cm bed and an extra bed for 1 person). Enclosed garden of 65 m² to the south with untreated wooden terrace of 25 m², barbecue, garage. Roller shutters in all rooms.
200 m from the village and its shops, 300 m from the slipway (view of Mt St Michel and its bay), and 500 m from the beach.
You can enjoy, among other things, the pleasures of fishing on foot, swimming, hiking (cliffs of Champeaux, GR 223 and its Vauban huts, crossing the Bay ...). Every Sunday morning from July to August: music opening of a new exhibition.

Great location

The property had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. A lovely garden and patio and a few minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes in the other direction was a shop, bar and wonderful boulangerie. We shall definitely come back next year.

Schönes Haus in sehr schönem kleinen Ort. Im Ort selber gibt es eine sehr gute kleine Bäckerei und einen sehr kleinen Laden. Größere Geschäfte sind ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. 2 Ladesäulen für E-Autos sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.Im Haus selber und auch im Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten jedoch nur 1.9m lang und nicht mehr die Neusten. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und diverse Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden, sowie Information über die Umgebung. Die Küche war ausreichend für einen Urlaub, allerdings fehlten uns scharfe Messer zum Schneiden. Auch im Besteck fehlten uns ein paar Messer, während genug Gabeln und Löffel da waren, so mussten wir dran denken die per Hand zu spülen, während der Rest in die Spülmaschine ging.Der Parkplatz zum Haus ist nicht für riesige Autos gemacht, aber passte noch gerade so für unseren E-SUV.Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, nicht sehr touristisch und hat uns bestens gefallen. Der Weg zum Strand ist ein schöne Pfad durch Wiesen und es gibt auch einen Spielplatz direkt am Strand.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was einen schönen Urlaub ausmacht. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich sehr gut draußen aufhalten, leider war es am Anfang sehr kalt im Haus, aber nach dem Kontakt mit der Vermieter wurde das Problem behoben.

Tolle Unterkunft fußläufig zum Strand

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns am besten: 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand, einen eigenen kleinen Garten, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bel emplacement dans une petite agglomération sympa.

La maison avec un bel espace, une terrasse , un jardinet , un garage et parking convient largement à un couple. La proximité de la mer que l'on peut atteindre par un chemin à travers la nature est un plus. Tout ce dont l'on peut avoir besoin dans la maison est présent. L'accueil de Valérie est très Sympa. Compte tenu de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter dans la baie, nous reviendrons dans cette charmante location.

Unterkunft sehr nett, sehr gut ausgestattet, Lage gut, Strand nahe. Ärgerlich dass EUR 60,- für die Reinigung extra verlangt werden und das im Inserat vorab nicht angeführt war. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin freundlich, aber nur auf Französisch möglich.

Unkomplizierter netter online Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Altes Häuschen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufgepeppt worden. Witzige Ideen - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns auch wichtig, dass die Elektrogeräte nicht uralt sind und gut funktionieren - Hat hier auch gepasst. Schöner kleiner Garten nach hinten. Die Lage fanden wir top - gleich am Strand mit Blick auf Mont saint Michel.

Lohnendes Reiseziel

Wir waren eine Woche im Ferienhaus und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war vollkommen unkompliziert, auch wenn wir kein Französisch sprechen. Die Fotos der Anzeige entsprechen genau den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Besonders unser Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse haben wir genossen. Erst kurz zum Bäcker, es sind nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Aufteilung und Größe der Räume im Haus praktisch - auch das Vorhandensein zweier separater Toiletten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Meer war gleich um die Ecke - herrlich. Gern empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter! Endroit très agréable
