This meticulously maintained single level home sits on 1 acre lot at the end of a private 3 home cul-de-sac. Dramatic custom Territorial architecture offers walls of windows, 12' ceilings, an open great room with cozy stacked stone fireplace, elegant gourmet kitchen, Wolf cooktop, plenty of storage space and an inviting eating area from which to enjoy your privacy and stunning mountain views.

Gorgeous granite surfaces, quality finishes and artistic lighting highlight this home's modern high-end feel. All 4 bedrooms have direct access to covered patios and tranquil views. The bonus room can also be used as a 5th bedroom space with the sectional sofa to sleep on or an inflatable queen mattress for sleeping on. A large laundry room and air conditioned 3 car garage with epoxy floor and built-in cabinets.

Outside enjoy expansive view fence, several covered patios, a built-in BBQ, firepit, putting green, pool, hot tub, fire pit, double iron gates and plenty of desert landscape.

Located in Rio Verde Foothills, a rural area of Scottsdale, you'll find yourself a short distance from popular hiking and biking trailheads as well as the Tonto National Forest which is perfect for off roading! Also, just a short drive to dining, shopping and entertainment!

The renting party must be staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

We loved our stay at this house. More than enough room for our family, fully stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, clean hot tub and pool, great views and host was very responsive. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood and didn't feel too far away from stores for restaurants when we felt like going out! Highly recommend:)

A gem in the desert

The host was awesome. Was the most welcoming person. Made sure you felt at home. Everything was well thought out for guests. The shelves were well stocked . Detergent was left to wash clothes. Beautiful, Peaceful Desert Retreat

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, comfortable & stocked with everything you need. It’s a bit of a drive for a coffee run or dinner but that was totally fine with us. We were there to rest & recharge and this beautiful, peaceful home was perfect! The sunsets poolside were exquisite!

Great place to stay in Scottsdale area

I highly recommend this house. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood with nice views. The house itself was just as described, in very good shape, everything was well maintained and we had no problems. The owner had great communication with me the whole time and made everything a breeze. We had a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back again!

Beautiful Spacious Home in Scottsdale

What a gorgeous home! We were a family of 9 ranging in age from 2-71 and never felt cramped! We all enjoyed the hot tub, pool & put put. It was great having 2 family rooms as the teens preferred their own ‘hang out’ space. Kitchen is amazing - huge island! We did several day trips- just needed more than the 9 days we had! Thank you Matt & Deb, we will definitely rent again for our next visit.

A wonderful home for a family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Scottsdale. The home was lovely, spacious, private, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in this home with our four teenage children and four adults, and everyone loved it. The backyard was an oasis, with the pool, hot tub, putting green, gas fire pit, and view of the mountains. Our family went on numerous hikes and played multiple rounds of golf, all within a 30 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and another lovely space for walks. And the owners couldn't have been more friendly or responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful week! Highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Siblings vacation

This property is perfect for family gatherings. The home lives “big”. The rooms are large and comfortable. The backyard is an oasis with room for games, picnics and water fun. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering. It is near many hiking trails and golf courses. There are many spaces for family time and yet there are spaces for those who want some quiet time to read and relax. Loved the property and our entire family said this is a place to come back to.

Spacious Property

We had a wonderful time! Communication from the owners was great. The house had plenty of room for our group.The only feedback we would provide would be the description of the futon. The futon is actually a regular coach in a separate bedroom. Thankfully my 13 old nephew was fine with it- but if we would have had an adult- it would have been a problem.

A Wonderful Getaway!

We stayed at this luxurious property for two weeks, and enjoyed every minute of it. Matt was super responsive, even calling us personally to touch base on our way to Scottsdale. The house was even better than we expected -- beautifully appointed with thoughtful details from the well-appointed kitchen and a great TV and sound, to plenty of beach towels, and a ping pong table. It's even better than the photos! And as gorgeous as the house was, the icing on the cake was the perfect, spacious outdoor space: the pool and spa, the gas fireplace, the putting green, all set with beautiful views. The rural feel of the property was perfect for us, since we enjoyed the quiet, the lack of traffic noise, and the space to simply breathe and relax. We will be back!
