War alles gut. Sehr schöner Urlaub. Schöner Strand in der Nähe. Spaziergang bis Cannes Innenstadt in ca. 20 Minuten am Meer entlang.

Second time there, fell in love

We stayed at La Bastide Du Soleil in 2012 and fell in love with the place. Claire is a really nice host and when we needed to change dates this summer, there was no problem. Always love coming back here and I 'm sure we 'll visit again in the future!

Studio luxueux, calme assuré

Nous louons cette résidence depuis plusieurs années, car le cadre est luxueux. L'appartement est décoré avec soin, il a été complètement rénové avec des meubles , une cuisine équipée et des sanitaires neufs. La superbe douche italienne, les pierres apparentes et le bois l'azuré blanc crées une ambiance agréable. Le petit jardin a été aménagé avec soins, la terrasse nous permet de manger et de profiter des derniers rayons de soleil sur les transats, après avoir été se baigner dans l'immense piscine à côté de la bastide. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont fait découverts des bonnes adresses de restaurants. Les serviettes et tapis sont changés en milieu de semaine. La mer est à quelques minutes, pour aller au centre ville une navette est disponible, mais il est plus pratique de prendre son véhicule, car il y a de nombreux parkings. Les cannois sont très agréables. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Impeccable, calme et ressourcant

Cela fait maintenant 4 ans que nous louons du Canada 2 fois l'annee pour le Miptv et le Mipcom (marches audiovisuels a Cannes). Nous sommes charmes par la beaute des murs, nous nous ressourcons apres de longues journees a travailler. La litterie est impeccable et tres confortable. La mer est a 15 min de marche et nous prenons souvent la navette de l'hotel Pierre et Vacances. Donc tout est pratique et c'est si bon d'etre loin de Cannes mais en meme temps d'etre si proche. La patronne est adorable et tellement serviable.

Appartement Ramatuelle

Nous sommes des habitués de l'appartement Ramatuelle. C'est un appartement vraiment charmant et l' endroit y est très calme, jamais déranges, tenue de propreté impeccable et un service de change draps et serviettes de bains est assure 1 fois par semaine. Son jardin privatif vous permet de vous detendre apres vos repas pris sur la terrasse et ou les enfants peuvent eventuellement jouer sur la pelouse . L'appartement a accès à la piscine en commun avec "Pierre et Vacances" à 2 pas de La Bastide et pour les amoureux de la mer, c'est à 5 mn à pieds. Les propriétaires sont proches de leurs clients toujours prêts à vos guider au mieux. Je recommande très vivement cet appartement. Bonnes vacances.

Fantastic week in Cannes

The Bastide is a very sophisticated building with nice appartments. Our studio Ramatuelle had its own garden, a very well-equipped kitchenette and a newly renovated bathroom. There was A/C and Wlan available. As the building is set on tha same estate as a bigger holiday complex, tenants can use a huge infinity pool and further facilities provided close-by. Still, the studio is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay immensly. Cannes is in 15 minutes walking distance, there is a train station with connections to Nice and Monaco in 10 minutes distance and the beach is 5 minutes away. Only thing: The bedroom is located upstairs and you can't really stand upright there. It might be not too convenient for elderly or families with children, but for us it was quite cosy. We would happily return anytime!
