This traditional craftsman home is centrally located to everything. This house is perfect for large groups of people. This property is for those who want to be together but also for those who prefer a little privacy. The Main House: 1 st floor is the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and a shower bath; on the 2nd floor is the King Bedroom, a Queen Room with a sitting area that has two extremely comfortable futon couches and the Main Bath; on the 3rd is a converted loft area, 1 queen bedroom with private door, and in front area of the loft are 2 twin beds. There are beautiful oak winding stairs that lead up to the loft. In the back of the house is the Bungalow which has a sitting area on the first floor with a comfortable futon couch, cable, and an entertainment center with a 60" TV, mini fridge, and electric fireplace; upstairs is a queen bed, another couch futon, and a 1/2 bathroom. Also in the backyard, the Cabin House is a small but super cute. It has a full bed, a mini fridge, and an electric fireplace. The backyard is fenced and perfect for BBQ's and hanging out with family and friends. The front porch is also a great place to sit and visit. The driveway can fit at least 3 cars. Parking passes will be provided for street parking.

Was the perfect place for the 10 of us to stay. Everyone had their own room/space and the living/ dining area easily accommodated us all. Was great to be so close to the train station. Will definitely stay here again on our next Seattle trip.

Good off street parking. Lots of sleeping options. Our biggest issue was several older ladies who could not climb the stairs to the loft and definitely no one was bringing luggage up there. We blew the GFI in the kitchen almost every time we plugged in the coffee-maker. Other than that, it was clean and convenient.

This location was absolutely perfect for our UW medical school graduation weekend. The property felt very safe and was in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transit, which made getting around Seattle incredibly convenient. We were able to quickly get to the hall and back to the home without any stress. We loved being close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the light rail. Would absolutely stay here again! Great location and cute property

My sisters and I get together once a year on a different city. We enjoyed the property since it was spacious and sufficiently quirky. Proximity to the light rail was super! The neighborhood is nice, walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shops.

The house was near perfect! Certainly clean, check in smooth and effortless - communication fantastic. Location is fantastic - blocks from Broadway for a short walk in any direction for restaurants, bars, shops, but quiet enough where you can sit on the veranda and enjoy a coffee watching the neighbors walk their dog.We would certainly stay here again. No hesitation on that.FYI to future guests - the room / bed arrangement is a bit "strange". There is less privacy than one might expect from sleeping area to sleeping area, especially upstairs in the main house. End result is the house works better for two large families than it does for 5 couples wanting couple's privacy. We were on big family group so it worked out fine for us.Enjoy - recommended!

Amazing stay! Comfortable and spacious. Super kind and communicative host! The location is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the furniture is very comfortable. We had our very large family over for a backyard gathering and there was plenty of room for all! Be careful of ants if you leave any food out, but otherwise everything was phenomenal!

Awesome place

We went with two families and this place is perfect. There is so much space that everyone could have their own privacy. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the train to get anywhere but a nice walk to the market. The host was great. If ever I’m in Seattle again this will be the place!

Check in was very easy. Quiet and safe place. Large table for Family Dining. Plenty of seating in Living room for Large Family. TV’s actually worked as they should. Lots of cooking appliances and excellent Refrigerator. Excellent supply of towels.
