Amazing condo and location!

Spanish Key 603 was exactly as photographed, maybe even better in person! This was the cleanest of several homes we have rented at the beach and it didn’t feel worn like so many others do. Loved the view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom, it was absolutely breathtaking. The building and location were so great too! It was chilly while we were there, but our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The beach access is perfect and so close to so many great places. We can’t wait to visit and book this home again!

Beautiful condo, with some work on what looks like a remodel not complete. Could have been from last years storms as well. We are guessing materials are slow to come in! Security here is outstanding. Very well stocked kitchen, master bed was super comfy! Master Bath out of this world!

Spacious, quiet, clean, right on the beach

We absolutely loved our vacation to Perdido Key. I know you're reading these reviews to find out what the issues are, so I'll start with those: the only main issue with this property is that the high rise building appears to be a bit on the older side. A water main broke one afternoon and they shut the water off to the entire building for probably 5 hours or so while they fixed it. Not fun. But it was in the grand scheme of things a minor inconvenience. A couple of the light switches randomly stopped working one morning, but then fixed themselves by the afternoon. Half the burners in the toaster oven didn't work, but when we called maintenance, they replaced it with a new one within a couple hours. Also, the building could maybe use a third elevator, the line got kind of long a couple times, but again, just a teensy inconvenience. Now the good stuff: The unit was CLEAN, looked just like the photos, and just the right amount of space for our family: three couples, one single adult, and one baby. Going with a 3br/3ba instead of 3/2 was a GREAT decision! The kitchen has everything you need. The balcony was really nice, the beds were good. The pool was clean and relaxing, the fitness room was nice, the other vacationers were friendly. The building was quiet. The view was wonderful, the beach is RIGHT THERE and very clean and not crowded in early August. FloraBama Yacht Club is a 2 minute walk and has great seafood, drinks, and service. I was nervous since there weren't many reviews and the price seemed really low, but we all had a great time and are excited to go back!

Entire visit was awesome. From reserving the unit online, checking in, enjoying the unit and checking out, all went very well and was very efficient. If we return to Perdido Key, we will definitely try and stay here again

Beautiful view

We did not like the fact that the pantry door had a lock on it. We stayed a week and we had to store our groceries on the counter tops. We did not have anywhere to store our beach chairs and toys. So we piled them by the front door.The AC was set on some sort of timer that we couldn't figure out. So we got really hot during the night. The parking was a nightmare! We liked the location and the view.

Wonderful get away!!

My cousins and I took our 87 year old Aunt to the beach and we all throughly enjoyed it. Wish we could do it every year. Beautiful condo and beautiful beach.
