My wife and I stayed here in early October and had the best time. The condo is spotless and beautiful. It would be the perfect condo for a larger group as well.

Great condo! We really enjoyed our stay in Beach Colony West 2D. We've been visiting Perdido Key for 11 years. This was our first stay at Beach Colony. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Lots of natural light. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed for meals. The balcony is huge and well furnished. Overall, great trip and highly recommend this place.

Balcony nice view of ocean, accommodations were a bit larger than I expected. As with the other reviews, the mattresses were awful, already visited the chiropractor upon getting home. Had all the dishes, pots & pans we needed .

needs a few updates

Beds are not that comfortable the master bed makes noise when you roll over or get in & out of bed. The furniture has lots of scuffs and outdated, the couch has a cover on a couch that is an old couch its not comfortable. The view was great, great location. Access to the pool and the beach was all good.

It was wonderful except the lock box containing the keys was very difficult to open and that was stressful to happen upon arrival. Also I wish there had been drying racks for wet clothes on the balcony. But otherwise it was lovely and very very nice.

I have used vrbo.com exclusively for about 15 years and have recommended it to countless others. Now I will try to reach them and let them know of your new agenda. In all those years I have never been charged by vrbo for a booking..... until now.... Please remove me from all of your mailing lists.... but again the condo was great...

The unit is beautiful and clean. We never had to turn on the air and definitely enjoyed the fresh breezes. There were 7 of us that stayed comfortably here (myself & husband, 3 kids, and my parents). The reason I chose this place over others was the size of the balcony (I wanted BIG as I knew we would be out there watching the ocean a lot), 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and the indoor heated pool (for our littlest) as I knew the outdoor pools are always cold. It was perfect...met all of our wants/needs! Even being 2nd floor we had an absolutely amazing view :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The one thing that I could gripe about (but it really just took time to get used to and was fine) was all of the codes, keys, bracelets we need to remember lol.

Great condo and complex amenities but crowded beach

Beautiful 3 BR 3 BA corner unit condo. Well decorated and fully furnished. Large outdoor balcony. Property has two outdoor pools plus a small indoor pool and hot tub. Only negative is the high density beach as result of number of high rise condos in this area. We usually stay at Ocean Breeze where the smaller condo complexes result in less people on the beach. One reason we choose this condo is the website shows two sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom - actually has one set of bunks but 2nd set is configured as queen bed. Caused some discussion among the kids on who sleeps where. Suggest updating the website.

Light on back porch and light on vent a hood are both needing replaced. FYI, ice machine stopped working the day before we left but did not call in due to being the weekend and it did not cause any issues.

Perfect family experience

Wonderful property, beautiful views on the corner of the 2nd floor. Balcony was like another room in itself.... Plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. The master was great, and the 2nd master was beautiful as well.

This was our second time staying at Beach Colony. It is a decent condo in a good location. This time some of the beach colony staff were less than friendly with guests, but that is no knock on luxury coastal vacations or VRBO. The unit had a hallway closet which had terrible doors, and the trim was hanging down on the ceiling fan in the master when we arrived, but I was able to stick it back where it belonged. We cooked ever my day in the kitchen, and pots and pans were adequate and we have eight in our family. We had a great trip.
