Are you a family looking for the best location on Sea Isle? Do you have young children and dislike the long walk to the beach with all the beach gear? If so, this is the house for you!
A beautiful large 4 bedroom house with ocean views. The house is literally one house away from the beach in the Townsend's Inlet section of Sea Isle. Just Fifty feet to the beach access. Large wrap-around deck on the upper floor and lower deck off of the master bedroom. Every bedroom is nicely appointed with beach décor and all beds have memory foam mattresses. The owners take pride in making sure that every amenity if available and ensures a clean and beautiful home. The house comfortably sleeps 9. The house is located in a quiet section of Sea Isle however within walking / biking distance to restaurants and shopping. With being only steps to the beach you can enjoy all that the beach has to offer morning, noon and night. Xfinity TV and wireless internet provided throughout the house.
Eight beach tags are provided. Children 12 and under do not need beach tags. Ten beach chairs are provided. Large garage with second refrigerator so there is no need to make multiple shopping trips.
Garage can accommodate two cars and driveway can accommodate two SUVs (a Chevrolet Suburban fits in the driveway without an issue). You are able to block the apron of the driveway so depending on the size of cars you could fit and additional two cars on the street. So depending on size of vehicles, the property offers parking for four to six vehicles.
The house sits on one of the highest points of the Island. So what that means, is no flooding. There was no water on the street from Super Storm Sandy or any of the other storms since. If it happens to rain, no need to move the vehicles to higher ground.
Each floor has its own central air system.
Washer and dryer located on first floor.
Very Large enclosed outside shower.
Owner is always available for questions. Just look at the response time.
