In the Langhe, superb luxurious designed new houses with floor cooling.

At the first floor you find a study with a library, dining room (fire place), porticato, spacious kitchen (fireplace), large master bedroom and bathroom (fireplace), dressing room, bedroom with mezzanine and bathroom. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a lavanderia (washing machine, dryer) and 3 sitting rooms (fire place, TV and DVD). In the winter the house is comfortably warm with floor heating. In the summer it can be used to cool the house. Heating and cooling is at an additional cost.

At the north side there is a beautiful garden and porticato providing shade. The kitchen terrace has a sink, barbecue, oven and a lounge area. The infinity pool has a large lounge bench (6*2 m) with a sun cover and a pool house with a shower and toilet. The house and pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and landscape.

One guesthouse has a large bedroom, bathroom,large sitting room terraces and a modern kitchen. The other guest house has the same except for a kitchen. Both guesthouses are not included in the rental price. Please ask the owner for a quote.

Beautiful and comfortable

We just spent 5 days at this gorgeous house. We were a large group of 15 friends, celebrating my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time. It is even better than shown in the pictures, if at all possible. The main house is very large, welcoming, comfortable, with well appointed rooms and modern and spacious bathrooms. There is a large and very well equipped kitchen, a separate dining room and several rooms where to lounge and relax. It is beautifully furnished with an elegant mix of modern furniture and antiques. Very comfortable beds. The two smaller houses are equally beautiful and comfortable. Lots of sheets, towels, plates, glasses, etc. All of good quality. The renovation is very recent and everything is pristine; the house has all modern comforts and much more. Unfortunately, we did not use the outdoors, we were there in November and it rained most of the time, but there is an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven; a porch with a large dining table; a large swimming pool with lots of places to lounge. The garden and the views are stunning. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and local caretakers very pleasant and helpful. We would love to go back in the summer and enjoy the outdoors.

Fantastic house and fantastic stay in Piedmont in July2013

We were 4 families with 7 children age 0-9 that stayed here in July 2013. The main house was fantastic! Only one word to describe it; Luxury! Every single room was designed with a sense of subtile luxury. The bedrooms were all very spacious. The main bedroom was a dream! With bathroom and bedroom only separated by a fireplace, tall open windows with a magnificent view towards the mountains. The floor cooling made the nights very comfortable. The adjacent clothing room was perfect for us, traveling with two kids.. There were also 3 other large bedrooms in the main house, alll with very delicate bathrooms. The Guesthouses were also fantastic! Very close to the main building, but still a bit private. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the patio with seating area was perfect for both daytime and nightime meals. We hardly used any of the rooms in the house, but the livingroom with the TV in the ground floor was perfect for children that needed a time-out from the sun in the middle of the day. Note that the stairs are all stone stairs, so the youngest kids had to be watched, however the stone stairs from the picture was blocked with a "childrens safe gate", and this made it easier for us. The pool area was absolute fantastic! The sunbed had a movable roof, and kids and adults relaxed there during the day. The pool house was another luxurious surprise, with view from the shower towards the mountains. The gardens were beautiful with lots of herbs and flowers. The property was really quiet and not very close to neighbors, which was great! It was very peaceful and quiet there. Just what we needed! Only noise was quite a few flies in the morning in one of the bedrooms. We had two ladies that came in every morning to clean, facilitated by Massimo the keeper of the house. He was also very helpful, recommended wineries, restaurants etc. The house was a 10 drive to the village, so the distance was too large to walk, 1 hr to Alba, great for a full days outing. 20-30 mins to the best supermarket, so we always planned the purchases, (there were enough space for storing food with fridges and wine coolers in kitchens and guesthouses). All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back! The only drawback was the annoying flies in the morning, but we hope that the owner have taken care of it by the time we come back :-). By the way: the owner was very helpful as well prior to the arrival. Recommended wineries, answered any questions we might have,etc
