Lockrum Point Villa: Seaside Villa 3 Bed/3 Bath/Pool

Welcome to our retreat, Lockrum Point Villa (LPV). This amazing two-level seaside villa sets the stage for luxurious relaxing and entertaining. The villa comes with breath-taking views of the sea and St. Martin, a private pool and a range of luxury amenities for our guests to enjoy.

At Lockrum Point Villa our concierge team will ensure you enjoy your stay. They can help with scheduling travel from St. Martin, taxi at the ferry or airport, and greet you at the villa. The team can also help with any of your travel needs such as: rental car reservation, restaurant reservations, excursions etc.

Lockrum Point Villa was designed to provide our guests with their own personal havens, with two large bedrooms with king size beds on the top floor. You have the choice of which of the two bedrooms you choose on the bottom floor: a bedroom with two twin sized beds or a large bedroom with a king bed. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, hair dryer, spa bath robes and slippers, Caribbean Sea views and air conditioning.

The great room has 25-foot ceilings with two ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen has quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The outdoor space is just fantastic and gives you the ideal place for entertaining. A private pool (20 X 15) gives you and your family/guests the perfect spot to lounge during the day. Also, our signature feature is a gazebo at the point of Lockrum Bay. It is perched on the coral rock over the sea, and is a great spot where you can sip cocktails or tea with friends, watch the sunrise or snooze during the day in a hammock.

The house was excellent. The property manager was very friendly and always available for directions or recommendations. It is in a perfect location for a quiet peaceful vacation. Amazing Family Celebration

We loved our 7 days on Anguilla staying at the Lockrum Point Villa. Only disappointment was that our time there ended too quickly. The house was appointed perfectly and accommodated all 8 of us. Each room had its own en-suite bathroom and the home was large enough for everyone to have their space not too mention the amazing outdoor space. This was our first trip to Anguilla but will certainly not be our last. We can’t wait to return to Lockrum Point. Thank you!

Waking up to the view at Lockrum Point is incredible and certainly something I will miss. The setting is exceptional even if a bit too windy during our visit. The house is extremely clean, modern, and well kept. With the amenities like robes, slippers and fine bathroom products it feels like a resort. The great room is indeed great- airy and spacious and I am particularly a fan of the outdoor shower. Marcia is a helpful and welcoming house manager and very accessible. Thanks for having us.

Perfection in Anguilla

Lockrum Point Villa is pure perfection. Dealing with the host was easy and Jason was extremely responsive. Staying at Lockrum Point Villa feels like a dream come true. The location is wonderful and breathtaking. The views of water were in every direction and the sound of the waves lulled you to sleep every night. The villa was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The layout worked amazingly for our family. Everyone had enough private space yet there was also plenty of shared space as well. We just loved every moment we were there. Marcia the house manager is also avail during your stay for whatever you may need. All very helpful. The only problem with Lockrum is having to leave!!! We could have stayed forever. We will be returning for sure.

We had an amazing time at Lockrum Point Villa. The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were all beautifully appointed with top notch details as well as the living/dining room and kitchen. My teenage son loved having the downstairs separate bedroom all to himself. It was just as beautiful and large as the upstairs rooms. The view of St. Maarten was gorgeous and we loved waking up to it every day. Marcia and Marvin were there for us at anytime to help with all our needs and wants. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this villa and hope to get back someday soon!

A perfect place to call home!

Lockrum Point Villa was a perfect place to call home for a week. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting for our family trip. Lockrum Point Villa is not only beautiful inside and out but it’s in a peaceful setting all by itself with no one around you. It was a great central location for going to all our favorite beaches and restaurants. We all enjoyed hanging out in the hammock under the gazebo and hanging out by the pool. Jason and Susan were so helpful answering all our questions before arriving. Marcia left us an amazing fruit, cheese and cracker platter upon our arrival, and was a phone call away if we needed anything all week. Sheerene was so sweet and helpful too. Lockrum Point Villa owners and staff thought of everything from providing a local phone to robes and slippers. We hope to return to Lockrum Point Villa someday and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Anguilla.

Interesting Week!

Our vacation stay at Lockrum Point was amazing and fun-until it wasn't- when Hurricane Tammy showed up late in the week! That being said, the support provided by Jason, and by property managers Marcia and Marvin got us through what to us was a very stressful situation. They were in constant contact with us regarding the status of the Anguillan ferry, do's and dont's of riding out a hurricane, showing up and making sure the villa was secure, and pretty much holding our hands through the entire situation. And for allowing us to stay an extra two nights as our flights were cancelled and the ferry was shut down. Marcia and my wife are still texting and it feels like we've known her forever. The villa itself is very solid and safe, the location is gorgeous and it allowed us to really enjoy the island and it's lovely beaches, people and restaurants. Hooking us up with Chef Lee and his assistant (two other wonderful folks) to cook a dinner at the villa was also a home run! Thank you for everything and no, Tammy did not leave us with a bad taste-we'll be back!

Absolutely first rate

Everything about this villa is first rate. The owners, Sue and Jason, are incredibly responsive and helpful. The property manager, Marcia, was always available and even checked up on us during the stay just to be sure everything was fine. The villa itself is large, lovely, and everything works. Very Caribbean style, which is nice. Just as pictured. The pool isn't large but it's very nice and well heated. The location is somewhat isolated with a long driveway off the highway, although it's only a 5 minute drive into Blowing Point Village (where you can find Amy's Bakery, a gas station, and the ferry to St. Marten). Ridiculously beautiful views of the ocean and St. Marten!!! The only small thing to note is that there is no beach in front of the house. It's all rocks. We knew it going down so it wasn't a concern or problem. Just something to note. That said, there is actually a small beach down the coast from the house about 300 yards that no one ever uses. Totally private. It's a tricky walk because of the rocks but you you could drive down a bumpy side road and get there in 3 minutes. All in all, a wonderful, first-rate place to stay, especially if you want to get away from it all in your own villa.

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

This was the perfect villa for our trip. The check in process was quick and easy and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. She even found a local fisherman to provide us with delicious, fresh whole Snapper. The villa was very clean with great amenities in the bathrooms. Each person had their own room with a king size bed and private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook at home. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return again soon.

The property was just as pictured. The views are stunning of St Maarten and grounds are beautifully kept. It is just a 10 minute ride from the ferry. The house inside is perfectly laid out, two large masters on opposite sides with an open kitchen, dining and sitting area in between. The outdoor patio was a little small but for our purposes it fit us just fine. Marcia was there on time at the ferry and was very welcoming, she even helped us track down our rental car. She walked us around the house and property and even had a wonderful cheese and crackers plate and a fruit plate waiting when we arrived. Everything was very smooth and uneventful! I would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind.

La villa e' meravigliosa, piu di quanto le foto non facciano immaginare. Ecco.. se devo trovare un difetto a questa proprieta' e' questo.. le foto non le rendono giustizia. La casa e' perfetta, posizionata al centro dell'isola, quindi comoda per visitare tutte le spiagge, e' in una zona tranquillissima, fronte mare con una vista da togliere il fiato su St. Marteen. La casa ha tutto quello che puo servire per una vacanza perfetta, ogni apparecchiatura, ogni elettrodomestico, ogni attrezzo che in qualche modo possa servire... e' presente. E' pulitissima, curata nel giardino e nella piscina in maniera perfetta, non una pietra fuori posto. La climatizzazione funziona alla perfezione. Marsha e' Marvin ci hanno accolto splendidamente, ceck in ultrarapido, tanta cordialita, tanta simpatia e disponibilita totale h24 per qualsiasi problema (che non abbiamo avuto..) Non posso far altro che consigliare questa casa a chiunque voglia soggiornare ad Anguilla, e' veramente TOP sotto tutti i punti di vista, e' una casa la cui bellezza e' pari solo alla bellezza dell'isola di Anguilla.

TRANQUILITY!

On our eight trip to Anguilla, my wife and I chose Lockrum Point Villa because of it's characteristics, seafront and central island location. Important characteristics for us included a quiet area with a good buffer between neighbors, a pool, very clean, comfortable, air conditioned, villa surroundings and a staff to provide as little or as much help as we might request. Lockrum Point Villa scored highly in each of our categories. As we booked this Villa, we very concerned about our peaceful stay being disrupted by any nearby construction noise, as we unfortunately had experienced on other trips. The owner assured us that there was none, although we occasionally might hear a passing goat. He was absolutely right -- it was very quiet and we enjoyed the goats. It really wasn't baaaaahhhhhd at all! The villa's location made trips around the island very manageable. we preferred Lockrum Point to our previous stays at properties on Shoal Bay East. Those required quite a ride for visits to Meade's Bay or Rendezvous Bay beaches and restaurants. And the unobstructed view the Villa enjoys of St. Maarten is magical. The property manager, Marvin Holas, was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed his visits and insights about the villa and the island. The housekeeper, Shareen, was personable, professional and unobtrusive in completing her responsibilities. As to recommendations, a key aspect of Lockrum Point Villa's charm is it's seclusion, but it was a challenge to find it on our initial effort. Some additional signage would be helpful, but we understand that this issue is subject to rather strict governmental regulation. Once we found our way around and a shortcut, our solution was to mark the Jeremiah Gumbs Highway "secret" access point with a large rock wrapped in aluminum foil. This marker was most helpful when returning after our evening dinners out. Our headlights picked up the entrance easily. The related suggestion would be to wave a magic wand (or bulldozer) to smooth the secondary road leading to the villa. On this point, however, we acknowledge that the way to Lockrum Point Villa probably was about as bumpy as access ways to other villas we have encountered on Anguilla. In short, we were very pleased with our stay. All was as advertised and we are very much looking forward to returning to Lockrum Point Villa next year.

Fantastic Villa

Our stay at Lockrum Point Villa was amazing. The villa was spotless inside and out - you can really tell that the owners take great pride in their house. Furnishings were all top-notch and in great condition. Bath soaps, robes and slippers were a nice touch and added to the high class feel of the villa. Fully functional kitchen so you could cook all meals there if you’d like. Set on a private bay that has a beautiful view of St. Maarten, I enjoyed watching the resident pelican dive for fish while sipping a cocktail. Very hard to leave. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Oceanfront Villa, secluded, picturesque!

This was my first trip to Anguilla and certainly one to remember. Having a comfortable place to stay can make a difference in your whole experience and I must say Lockrum Point Villa did not disappoint. It is a gorgeous Villa that sits Oceanfront facing St Martin. The views from the back are absolutely breathtaking. This side of the island offers a breeze that will be sure to relax the most overworked person. Upon entering the Villa, it was very clean, neat, and refreshing. Large windows offered gorgeous views, and ceiling fans and AC in every room to keep you comfortable. The bedrooms are large, beautifully decorated with very comfortable King sized beds. The pool area is awesome with the most comfortable chase lounge chairs and ocean views. Morning sunrises and coffee on the gazebo was just wonderful. For me, there was no reason to leave. But when we did leave, we visited some beautiful beaches with white powdery sands and crystal clear water. We also dined at some amazing oceanfront restaurants. Another thing I loved besides the Rum punches is how unbelievably friendly people on the island were, such a peaceful place. The caretakers of the property Marvin and Marcia made sure we had all we needed. They were so personable and helpful. It was very hard to leave this secluded peace of Heaven. We had never been to Anguilla before and didn't really know what to expect. The Villa looked great in the pictures so we took a chance and rented it from Jason. There weren't many reviews so we were skeptical. Also we had no idea what part of the island was the place you wanted to be. We were pleasantly surprised in every way! First of all let me describe the location, because it was a concern of ours. It is conveniently located on Lockrum Point not far from the ferry at Blowing Point. The side of the island it is on faces St Martin. It sits right on the water with your own secluded stretch of coastline. You do not have a white sand beach right in front of the villa, it is a more natural beautiful rocky coastline on this side. The nice thing about Anguilla and this location is that it never took us more than 15 minutes to get anywhere on the island! We would wake up and watch the SUNRISE (on this side you can watch the sunrise). Then we would hop in the car and head over to a different destination each day. Each being really close and convenient. For example we went to Shoal Bay, which is a white powder sand beach and spent the day there and watched the SUNSET! The nicest thing is after enjoying the tourist spots and beaches, being able to head back to the Villa at the end of the day back to our own private piece of the island with total peace and quiet without a person in sight. We really loved that. The Villa is amazing. You can tell Jason is a perfectionist. Everything was spotless and every single amenity you could imagine was available. Everything worked perfectly. It is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms all have an incredible ocean view. Another nice thing about this side of the island, is that it is always seemed to have a pleasant breeze, where we didn't really need the AC. There was AC in each room and it instantly cooled the place down. It worked flawlessly unlike a rental we had in St Martin, where two of the four units didnt have cold air. There is nothing I like more than when everything works! We felt totally safe and never had any issue whatsoever. My only concern is that as more people find out about this place it will be booked solid and we will not get to stay there again! It is truly a hidden gem. Lastly, Jason's cousin and her husband are the overseers of the property. Marcia and Marvin are the best people ever and we miss them already! They make sure you are fully taken care of and have everything you need. Thanks Jason!

This is a wonderful property in a great location. Marvin was very helpful and always available when needed. This was our 7th visit to the island and once again did not disappoint even though the island is still recovering from the storm. We plan to return later this year. Charles J Morris Boston MA

We love Anguilla and always wanted a home there. The beaches are picture perfect. The restaurants are some of the best in the world, and the people are friendly and make you feel so welcome. This home proved perfect with the Caribbean sea view, pool, large deck and ensuite bedrooms.

The sea perched gazebo is so unique. Whether you want to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea at the "point" you will fall in love with the moment and do it over and over again while you vacation here.
